The basin re-positioning system may be manually or electronically activated.

When a user applies downward force on the hand grips, the distal ends of the handle stems move downwardly, the proximal ends of the handle stems pivot upwardly, and the basin support with the attached basin is raised to achieve a suitable fit against the user's perineal area, which is then sprayed with water from the interior sprayer.
