Patent number: 10068300Abstract: An example embodiment includes a method for creating a family of related intellectual asset (IA) records. The method may include obtaining IA data for a current filing. The method may include creating an IA record for the current filing. The method may include obtaining IA data for one or more related filings. The current filing and the one or more related filings belong to a family of intellectual assets. The method may also include preparing for creation of a plurality of IA records for the one or more related filings based on the IA data for the current filing and the IA data for the one or more related filings. The method may further include creating a plurality of new IA records for the one or more related filings.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2014Date of Patent: September 4, 2018Assignee: ANAQUA, INC.Inventors: Kelly Crawford, Denise Cheung

Patent number: 9082107Abstract: One embodiment of the invention includes a method of associating a file with an intellectual asset record. The method includes reading information such as the file name and metadata pertaining to a file. The file name has a predetermined format made up of fields. The fields in the file name and the metadata are extracted. Based upon the fields, the file is linked to intellectual asset record. The intellectual asset record includes a set of related data organized into meaningful units pertaining to an intellectual asset.Type: GrantFiled: October 24, 2011Date of Patent: July 14, 2015Assignee: ANAQUA, INC.Inventors: Denise Cheung, Kelly Crawford, Erik Bailey, David Bartle

Patent number: 6154705Abstract: A system and method is provided for estimating the inverse source wavelet of a seismic shot record for improved accuracy and efficiency in removing high order free surface multiples from the shot record, using a stochastic optimization technique, such as a genetic algorithm procedure, that can more readily accommodate non-linear aspects of this problem. The system and method is applied to a set of measured seismic field data, D.sub.o (x,t), with primary reflections and free surface multiples, where removal of the free surface multiples is determined utilizing an estimate of the inverse of the source wavelet and scale factors made from the seismic data. The system and method automatically optimizes estimates for the inverse of the source wavelet and scale factors.Type: GrantFiled: July 6, 1999Date of Patent: November 28, 2000Assignee: Atlantic Richfield CompanyInventors: Michael D.
