Abstract: A vertical furnace and a method for processing a plurality of substrates in said vertical furnace is disclosed. Embodiments of the presently described vertical furnace comprise a process chamber, a heating element configured to provide the heat to reach the desired process temperature for the processing of the plurality of substrates. The vertical furnace may further comprise heat distributing member for distributing the heat provided by the heating element. Embodiments of the presently described method comprise processing the plurality of substrates in a vertical furnace described herein.

Abstract: A method in a first wireless device (WD) is described. The method includes determining one round trip time (RTT) of a first set of RTTs. The method also includes, at set intervals (TK), determining a set of mode peaks of the first set of RTTs, determining that the first SIFS mode has the highest mode peak of the set of mode peaks, determining that the second SIFS mode has the second highest peak of the set of mode peaks, determining a mode difference (TD), and adjusting the second subset of RTTs at least by adding or subtracting TD to each RTT of the second subset of RTTs. The method also includes determining a second set of RTTs comprising the first subset of RTTs and the adjusted second subset of RTTs, the second set of RTTs corresponding to the adjusted single SIFS mode.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for dynamically generating wager delays for live betting are disclosed. During a live contest, a wager delay may be enacted on any wagers placed. The wager delay may be dynamic such that the time of the wager delay changes throughout the contest. The wager delay may be determined based on a state of the contest, such as whether the contest is in a live state or is in a break state. When the contest is in the break state, the wager delay may be lowered or disabled until the contest returns to the live state. The wager delay may be applicable to only users determined to be wagering on the contest while also in-attendance at the contest.
