    Abstract: A regulating feeder for a horse, with a funnel shaped bottom, which may be attached to a feed delivery tube extending into the feed trough or toward a feeding surface. At the distal end of the feed delivery tube is at least one protrusion extending parallel to the axis of the feed delivery tube so that the lower end of the feed delivery tube may be positioned close to the feed trough and held away from the feed trough in the desired position. A stopper mechanism may be used to control the amount of feed that the animal may obtain.
