  • Patent number: 8935821
Abstract: A bedding apparatus may include a frame, a fabric cover, and a liquid containment member. The frame may include first and second members coupled to a base for pivotable motion relative thereto between first and second positions. The base may define an opening surrounded by the first and second members when the first and second members are in the first position. The fabric cover may be coupled to the first and second members and may be maintained in a taught condition by the first and second members when the first and second members are in the first position. The liquid containment member may be disposed below the cover and includes sidewalls and a bottom wall attached to the sidewalls. The sidewalls are attached to the base and extend through the opening. The sidewalls may include a mesh material allowing fluid-flow therethrough. The bottom wall may include a liquid-impermeable material.

  • Patent number: 8607390
Abstract: A bedding apparatus may include a first fabric layer, a second fabric layer, and a frame. The first fabric layer may allow passage of fluid therethrough. The second fabric layer may also allow passage of fluid therethrough. The second fabric layer may be connected to the first fabric layer to form a gap therebetween. The frame may engage at least one of the first and second fabric layers and retain the first and second fabric layers in a taut condition.

  • Patent number: 6648577
Abstract: A generally cylindrical shaped unitary body container is adapted to hold a spare vehicle tire. The container is compatible with a vehicle cable retraction system and has at least one aperture through which a horizontal member at the cable terminus supports the container. The vehicle spare tire container has ribs for structural support, fluid tight seals, a protruding handle, and locking mechanisms. The container creates a safer design for spare tire changing, as well as eliminating the need for suspending the tire from the tire rim, hence using fewer components and a more economical design.

  • Patent number: 5664273
Abstract: A mattress assembly designed to allow passive air to flow through the mattress and away from a baby. The mattress assembly includes a lightweight frame member with openings on all four sides and a breathable slip-on mattress cover which fits snugly over the frame. An infant is positioned upon the mattress over the bed frame opening, thereby allowing the air to pass through the breathable mattress cover.
