  • Patent number: 11942391
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system in package having a chiplet with a first substrate and a first die deposed over the first substrate, a second die, a second substrate that the chiplet and the second die are deposed over, and a heatsink spreader deposed over the chiplet and the second die. Herein, the first substrate includes layered-cake shaped heatsink stanchions that are coupled to the first die, and the second substrate includes layered-cake shaped heatsink stanchions that are coupled to the chiplet and the second die. As such, heat generated by the first die can be dissipated by the heatsink stanchions within the first and second substrates, and heat generated by the second die can be dissipated by the heatsink stanchions within the second substrate. Furthermore, the heat generated by the first die and the second die can be dissipated by the heatsink spreader above them.

  • Publication number: 20080012372
Abstract: A foldable deck for supporting cargo in a freight compartment is provided. The foldable deck includes a pair of deck panels connected by a hinge assembly. The foldable deck is mounted on one of the side walls of the freight compartment and is capable of movement between a secure upright position and an extended horizontal deployed position. When the deck panels are in their deployed position they at least partially define a platform above the floor of the vehicle freight compartment. The free end rests upon a channel or catch rail on the free wall opposite the attachment wall.

  • Patent number: 7155792
Abstract: A hand ratchet quick release brake pad spreader tool that is a hand tool for spreading a disc brake pad connected to a piston in a caliper housing, thereby compressing the piston into the caliper housing. The hand tool consists of a shaft having a ram affixed onto a front end that slidably extends through a central aperture in a frame member and a central through bore in a backing plate that is mounted to a forward end of the frame member. A trigger handle is pivotally affixed to the frame member adjacent to a depending fixed handle on the frame member. A mechanism is for moving the shaft forwards when the trigger handle is squeezed towards the fixed handle by a hand of a person. A mechanism is for holding the shaft stationary thereby preventing the shaft from moving backwards when the trigger handle is released.

  • Publication number: 20060255609
Abstract: A foldable deck for supporting cargo in a freight compartment is provided. The foldable deck includes a pair of deck panels connected by a double jointed hinge. The foldable deck is mounted on one of the side walls of the freight compartment and is capable of movement between a secure upright position and an extended horizontal deployed position. When the deck panels are in their deployed position they at least partially define a platform above the floor of the vehicle freight compartment. The double jointed hinge has a hinge member having a pair of pivot pins and slot pins that alternate between a deployed position and an upright position. The free end rests upon a channel or catch rail on the free wall opposite the attachment wall.

  • Patent number: 4357549
Abstract: An apparatus for altering frequencies such that any one of a plurality of input frequencies automatically becomes another specified frequency. The value of the output frequency will remain constant regardless of which input frequency chosen, as long as the input frequencies have the relationship a, 2a, 4a, 8a . . . An input signal is received by a descending cascade of units composed of multipliers and filters. The multiplier portion of each unit must be in series with and receive the input stimuli before the filter portion of each unit. Each multiplier portion of the unit must also have a control input of a predetermined value. A phase lock loop inside of a feedback loop compensates for instantaneous variations of frequency in the input signal. This feedback loop is connected from the multiplier-filter unit to the control input for each multiplier portion.
