  • Patent number: 12158967
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive a first request including a user internet protocol (IP) address associated with the first request, and a user e-mail address associated with an e-mail account of a user. The system may store the submission IP address in association with the first request. The system may transmit a confirmation e-mail message to the user e-mail address. The confirmation e-mail message may include image data associated with the first request. The system may receive, from an e-mail client associated with the user e-mail account, a second request to access the image data. The second request may include a confirmation IP address. The system may perform a comparison of the requesting and submission IP addresses and the submission IP address. The system may transmit, to the e-mail client, an image associated with the image data and based on the comparison.

  • Publication number: 20240022552
Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive user e-mail data indicating an e-mail address and an e-mail password associated with an e-mail account of a user. The system may access the e-mail account via the e-mail address and the e-mail password. The system may identify, in the e-mail account, a sign-up authentication e-mail message associated with a sign-up by the user with an interaction party based on one or more sign-up indicators associated with the sign-up authentication e-mail message. The system may transmit a notification, to a user device, requesting confirmation that the user signed up for an account with the interaction party. The system may receive, from the user device, a user input confirming that the user signed up for the account. The system may activate a link in the sign-up authentication e-mail message to authenticate the sign-up.

  • Publication number: 20230252484
Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to improved content deployment and orchestration to more effectively convert customers or users to paperless communication channels and facilitate increased digital engagement. An exemplary system may obtain user context data associated with a user following a trigger event. The system may then apply a trained machine learning model to the user context data to generate a likelihood score. The likelihood score may be indicative of a likelihood the user will enroll in a particular delivery option (e.g., paperless delivery) following the trigger event. Responsive to determining the likelihood score exceeds a threshold, the system may output content to the second user that may be identified based on a type of the trigger event and may be targeted to encourage enrollment in the delivery option. In addition to outputting the content, the system may be configured to establish orchestration for subsequent automated content delivery for the user.

  • Patent number: 5508247
Abstract: A linerless thermal label is produced by disposing a thermosensitive layer into a substrate and allowing the thermosensitive layer to dry, said thermosensitive layer comprising a color former causing the thermosensitive layer to remain color stable. A protective layer is applied on top of the thermosensitive layer and exposes the protective layer to a temperature and a time sufficient to dry the protective layer but not cause the thermosensitive layer to a change color. A heat curable silicone mixture is disposed on said protective layer and thereafter cured to form a release layer without causing color change in the thermosensitive layer. A pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied on an opposite side of the substrate which is exposed to a temperature for a time sufficient to dry the pressure-sensitive adhesive without causing color change in the thermosensitive layer, and the substrate is then rolled in a manner causing the pressure-sensitive adhesive to contact the release layer.
