  • Publication number: 20160046028
Abstract: The inventive body care device having a handle and a treatment head, which is hingedly connected mechanically therewith, has a flexible zone for enabling an elastic deflection of the treatment head with respect to the handle and a deflection sensor, which is capable of generating an electric signal as a function of the elastic deflection. This signal can be used to control an automatic start and/or stop function, a use counter and/or operating states of an electric vibrational element integrated in the body care device.
    Type: Application
    Filed: September 7, 2015
    Publication date: February 18, 2016

  • Publication number: 20080250647
Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, a razor cartridge includes an outer shell, and a support structure. The outer shell defines a primary blade opening and a trimming blade opening. The support assembly is located at least partially inside the outer shell and includes at least one primary blade slot and a trim blade slot. A primary blade is located within each of the primary blade slots in the support assembly such that a cutting edge on the primary blade extends through the primary blade opening in the outer shell. A trim blade is located within the trim blade slot in the support structure such that a cutting edge on the trim blade extends through the trim blade opening in the outer shell.
