The cancellation unit cancels the sales data of the product added by the addition unit. The determination unit waits for an instruction on whether or not to permit the product registration received after the output of the subtotal. Upon receipt of an instruction to permit the product registration, the determination unit determines the addition of the sales data performed by the addition unit. Upon receipt of an instruction not to permit the product registration, the determination unit determines the cancellation of the sales data performed by the cancellation unit.
