Abstract: A sample product dispenser limits access to product samples by providing an access door that alternates between a locked state and an unlocked state via a timer having a predetermined cycle. By use of this timed access, consumers who may attempt to take an improper number of free samples are significantly restricted. The dispenser may have various mechanisms for limiting access to a predesignated number of products per cycle.
