Abstract: A heated windshield wiper with a detachable brush assembly. An enclosed metal housing contains the heating element supplied with electrical energy from the engine's battery to heat the attached wiper. The brush is slidably mounted within an external housing channel and retained therein by two spring tab members extending through openings in the housing. Fluid from the automobile's windshield washer reservoir may be supplied heat from a second heating element before sprayed on the windshield.
