Abstract: Systems and methods for operating a system to facilitate behavior management of an individual. The methods comprise: receiving, by a computing device, sensor data from at least one sensor device in proximity to the individual; processing, by the computing device, the sensor data to detect when at least a threshold probability of a given mindfulness state for the individual is indicated by at least one of a location, an activity and a physical characteristic of the individual; and causing, by the computing device, a mindfulness risk remediation event to occur when the threshold probability of the given mindfulness state for the individual is detected.
