  • Patent number: 10569518
Abstract: The present invention provides a laminator capable of improving evenness of a pressing force applied from pressure-bonding rolls to a substrate and a film. The laminator includes a first pressure-bonding roll, and a second pressure-bonding roll disposed above the first pressure-bonding roll and configured to be displaceable in a direction toward (a first direction) and a direction away from (a second direction) the first pressure-bonding roll. The laminator further includes a support roll configured to support the first pressure-bonding roll below the first pressure-bonding roll, and a pressure application roll disposed above the second pressure-bonding roll. The pressure application roll is configured to be displaceable in the first direction and the second direction, and is also configured to press the second pressure-bonding roll toward one side where the first pressure-bonding roll is located by being displaced in the first direction.

  • Patent number: 6652788
Abstract: A quantitatively extrusion supplying method of continuously supplying synthetic resin fine particulate matters by the action of ultraviolet vibration, wherein the fine particulate matters are composed of columnar or square column-form small pellets, in which when the longitudinal length, the width, and the height thereof on the three-dimensional rectangular coordinate are x, y, and z respectively, the sum of x, y, and z is in the range of from 0.9 to 4.6 mm, and each value of x, y, and z is at least 20% of the sum x, y, and z. By the method, even the resin fine particulate matters having a diameter of 500 &mgr;m or larger can be stably and continuously supplied in a short time without need of a labor and time for cleaning a ultraviolet feeder at changing the material to be conveyed.

  • Patent number: 6367532
Abstract: In the film holder of a laminator, film sucking bores are arranged so that pitch P2 in the Y direction and pitch P1 in the X direction become gradually smaller toward laminate roll. Therefore, the laminator capable of stably performing the laminating operation even in laminating the rear end of a film sheet can be provided.

  • Patent number: 6320659
Abstract: A position of an image or shadow of a clearance measuring mark projected onto a plate with respect to a position of clearance measuring mark on a photomask is sensed as image data by a CCD camera and subjected to an image process by a processor. Based on a relative positional relationship between image or shadow of a clearance measuring mark and clearance measuring mark, the clearance between photomask and plate can be adjusted to a prescribed value by a clearance adjusting device. As a result, a clearance measuring device and method can be provided capable of accurately and inexpensively measuring the clearance between the plate and the photomask in the exposure apparatus.
