  • Patent number: 11982016
Abstract: As one embodiment, the present invention provides a method for growing a ?-Ga2O3-based single crystal film by using HYPE method. The method includes a step of exposing a Ga2O3-based substrate to a gallium chloride-based gas and an oxygen-including gas, and growing a ?-Ga2O3-based single crystal film on a principal surface of the Ga2O3-based substrate at a growth temperature of not lower than 900° C.

  • Publication number: 20170005724
Abstract: A station-side device includes: an ONU connection processing unit to calculate a connection distance with each one of a plurality of subscriber devices, and to output information about the connection distances; and a bandwidth controller to alter a grant cycle, which is a cycle of performing bandwidth allocation to the plurality of subscriber devices in accordance with information about the connection distances the ONU connection processing unit outputs, and to control bandwidth allocation on the basis of the grant cycle altered.

  • Publication number: 20100074628
Abstract: An optical communication system connects one to a plurality subscriber-side apparatuses having one to a plurality of subscriber terminals and a station-side apparatus that covers the subscriber-side apparatuses with an optical transmission medium, sets one to a plurality of logical links between the station-side apparatus and each subscriber-side apparatus, and performs a data transfer with an MAC frame using a set logical link. The station-side apparatus and the subscriber-side apparatus transmit control information of a plurality of set logical links by storing the control information in a single MAC frame.

  • Patent number: 7653080
Abstract: An allocation determining unit determines a bandwidth allocation for each of a plurality of subscriber devices in each data-collection cycle. A history managing unit takes a history of a request increment from a bandwidth request amount acquired from more than one time of data collections and an allocation amount allocated by the allocation determining unit for the bandwidth request amount, and presents a bandwidth request amount for the allocation determination to the allocation determining unit by dividing the bandwidth request amount into a plurality of request increments indicated by the history.

  • Publication number: 20080247550
Abstract: In a PON system, clocks of an optical network unit and an optical line terminal are synchronized. An optical network unit generates a new encryption key and transmits it to an optical line terminal. The optical network unit transmits a notification that includes an encryption key changing time to the optical line terminal. Finally, the optical network unit and the optical line terminal change previously held encryption keys to the new encryption key at the encryption key changing time.

  • Publication number: 20020159120
Abstract: An optical line terminal in an ATM based passive optical network (APON; ATM-PON) system in which dynamic bandwidth assignment is performed between the optical line terminal and an optical network terminal, including a shaper unit for shaping cells from the optical network terminal and a usage parameter control for monitoring the traffic of the cells shaped by the shaper unit.

  • Patent number: 5742586
Abstract: A transmission buffer or buffers storing therein transmission cells for at least 2 (W-n.sub.a) cell time assuming that a window size in a ring is W cells and a number of transmission cells allocated to a node in said W cells is n.sub.a pieces, a transmission cell number counter for counting a number of transmission cells from the node within the W window size from a current point of time, and a transmission control means for sending out the transmission cells stored in said transmission buffer to a transfer path if a number of cells indicated by said transmission cell number counter is within a number of transmission cells allocated to the node are provided. Also at least 2n.sub.a pieces of transmission buffers are provided as transmission buffers assuming that a number of transmission cells allocated to the node is n.sub.a pieces.
