  • Patent number: 8465095
Abstract: The chair of the invention includes a cushion, a back and a back support. Either or both of the back and back support are made of a flexible material. The back is perpendicular to the cushion and has an upper connecting portion and a lower connecting portion. The back support is of a substantial L-shape and has an upper end and a protrudent mount. The back support is connected between the cushion and the back for supporting the back. The upper end of the back support fixedly connects with the upper connecting portion, and the protrudent mount movably and pivotally connects with the lower connecting portion, thereby the back support is capable of tilting.

  • Publication number: 20070162677
Abstract: An LCD display capable of connection to a hot-plug extension device has a microprocessor that includes a detecting port, a signal-out pin and a power pin. The detecting port is connected to at least two detecting switches. A power switch is connected to the signal-out pin and the power pin. The two detecting switches and the power switch are connected to the hot-plug extension device. The microprocessor judges if the extension device is connected to the display correctly using the detecting switch and decides if the power is allowed to activate the extension device.

  • Patent number: 6489200
Abstract: A method of forming a capacitor on a substrate includes forming a first polysilicon layer overlying the substrate to define a floating gate. A second polysilicon overlying the first polysilicon layer is formed to define a control gate and a first electrode of the capacitor. A dielectric layer is formed over the second polysilicon layer. A third polysilicon layer is formed over the dielectric layer. The third polysilicon layer is etched to define a second electrode of the capacitor. Thereafter the dielectric layer is etched.
