  • Publication number: 20090013980
Abstract: Size reduction and pollution reduction are promoted in a two cycle engine. A two cycle engine includes: a cylinder which contains a piston so as to allow reciprocating movement of the piston; a scavenging gas reserving chamber which covers a lower opening of the cylinder so as to seal the lower opening; an intake portion which is provided in the scavenging gas reserving chamber; a scavenging passage which provides communication between the scavenging gas reserving chamber and the cylinder; a connecting rod which is connected to the piston and passes through the scavenging gas reserving chamber; a crank mechanism which allows linear reciprocating movement of the connecting rod; and a sealing portion which is provided in an insertion hole in the scavenging gas reserving chamber through which the connecting rod passes and which allows linear reciprocating movement of the connecting rod but seals the scavenging gas reserving chamber.

  • Publication number: 20060213756
Abstract: The variable hand switch has a switch body (40) formed of a resin molded body for providing elasticity, and the switch body (40) includes a base portion (41), a first pressing area member (42) formed at a tip end of the base portion (41) and bent upward in a U-shape from the base portion (41), and a first hanging wall (43) as a movable wall extending from the first pressing area member (42) toward the side of the base portion (41) (to the pressing direction). Opposite to one surface of the first hanging wall (43), an optical cable (30A) is fixedly arranged. This arrangement provides a variable hand switch having a structure capable of transmitting accurate control information to the body of an apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20040162529
Abstract: This injector head 1000 comprises a plunger 20 capable of reciprocating in a direction of movement of a piston 1a in a syringe 1, a plunger drive 500 for converting rotary motion of a plunger motor 2 to linear motion in order to supply reciprocation to this plunger 20, and a safety device 600 as safety means for restraining rotation of a rotary shaft 2a of the plunger motor 2 when the plunger 20 moves beyond a predetermined position. Thus, it is possible to provide a medical injector head attaining miniaturization and simplification of the apparatus while keeping a mechanical safety mechanism.

  • Patent number: 6397623
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a cooling device which solves various problems such as the economical efficiency, pulsation of cold air, etc. In a cooling device of the present invention, the compressor and the expander are coupled to one crank shaft or interlocked crank shafts so as to use the expansion energy from the compressed air in the expander as an energy for compressing the outside air in the compressor, thereby reducing the running cost. Moreover, a plurality of expanders are operated with a predetermined phase difference with respect to one another so as to reduce the pulsation of the cold air. Furthermore, an air dryer is provided along a pipe for introducing air into the expander so as to dehumidify the air before expansion. Moreover, the crank device for the compressor and the expander is preferably provided with a planetary gear mechanism.

  • Patent number: 6098477
Abstract: A crank device performs power conversion between reciprocal movement and rotational movement using a planetary gear mechanism without causing inclination of a connecting rod. An internally toothed sun gear is spaced a predetermined distance from the connecting rod. A planetary gear as well as a planetary gear shaft secured at one end of the planetary gear are rotatably received within a crank member. An arm portion is formed on the other end of the planetary gear shaft and extends radially outwardly a distance corresponding to the radius of the pitch circle of the planetary gear. One end of the connecting rod is pivotably connected to the forward end of the arm portion. A pair of bearings rotatably support the opposite ends of the planetary gear shaft and are disposed at spaced positions within the crank member. One of the bearings is arranged adjacent to the connecting rod.

  • Patent number: 6024067
Abstract: The invention is intended to connect a various kinds of movable bodies capable of reciprocating in linear fashion, such as a piston of a compressor, directly to a piston of an internal combustion engine, for effecting efficient power transmission.A cylinder 4a of an internal combustion engine E and a cylinder 4b of a compressor C are arranged in alignment with each other along a rectilinear line. An internal sun gear 8a is fixedly arranged, which has a center O at a position intermediate the internal combustion engine E and the compressor C on the rectilinear line. A planetary gear 10 is arranged, which is meshed with the internal sun gear 8a for rotation about its center and for revolution around the center O. The planetary gear 10 has a pitch circle diameter half that of the internal sun gear 8a. A crank member 14 is arranged, which includes a shank 14a rotatable about the center O. The planetary gear 10 is rotatably supported, at its center, by the tip of the arm 14b of the crank member 14.

  • Patent number: 5921437
Abstract: In a dispenser apparatus, after a piston is moved toward the front end side by a first piston control unit by a distance corresponding to a prescribed injection amount (Q) and an arbitrarily decided additional amount (+.alpha.)(to position B2), the piston is moved toward the rear end side by a distance corresponding to an arbitrarily decided additional amount (-.alpha.)(to position B3) in order to decrease the pressure applied to an aerobic sealing agent. Accordingly, a dispenser apparatus which can introduce an accurate amount of highly viscous liquid within a prescribed time can be provided.
