    Abstract: A water-dispersible, antimicrobial and deodorant-finished product for fabrics comprising fine particles of an antimicrobial Schiff base derivative of an aminoglycoside as the active ingredient and a polyoxy-ethylenepolyalkylsiloxane for improving the resistance to washing.By using the antimicrobial and deodorant-finished product of the present invention, antimicrobial and deodorant fabrics having higher safety, more excellent antimicrobial and deodorant effects and longer duration of the effects than those of the conventional products can be obtained.
