  • Publication number: 20190221680
Abstract: A second protective member has a slit for exposing a lead wiring member from a solar cell panel. A terminal box is connected to the lead wiring member from the slit in the second protective member. A bonding member bonds the terminal box and the second protective member. A peripheral portion around the slit in the second protective member projects farther than a non-peripheral portion other than the peripheral portion. The bonding member is provided in the non-peripheral portion in the second protective member.

  • Publication number: 20150155416
Abstract: Disclosed is a solar cell module that comprises a first protective member, a second protective member opposed to the first protective member and being more flexible than the first protective member, a solar cell comprising a first main surface facing toward the first protective member and a second main surface facing toward the second protective member, and an interconnection wiring member bonded to the second main surface of the solar cell. A recessed portion and a protruding portion are provided on each of a pair of main surfaces of the interconnection wiring member such that the protruding portion of one of the main surfaces and the recessed portion of the other main surface are located to correspond to each other. And two widthwise-opposite end portions of the interconnection wiring member extend toward the first protective member in a thickness direction of the solar cell.

  • Publication number: 20130247956
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a solar cell module that suppresses cell cracks. [Solution] A solar cell module (13) is constituted to include a plurality of solar cells (2), which have one main surface side electrode (4) and another main surface side electrode (6), and conductive contact members (1) electrically connecting the one main surface side electrode (4) or the other main surface side electrode (6) of one solar cell (2) and the one main surface side electrode (4) or the other main surface side electrode (6) of another solar cell (2). The conductive contact members (1) have a first main surface having at least one protruding part (1a) and a second main surface having a flat surface (1b) on the side opposite the first main surface. The first main surface is affixed to the other main surface side electrode by an adhesive (12) formed from a resin, and the second main surface is affixed to the one main surface side electrode (4) by the adhesive (12) formed from a resin.
