  • Publication number: 20170306482
Abstract: The present invention generally provides a processing chamber having shadow frame supports that direct cleaning gas flow to the corners of the chamber. The shadow frame supports are disposed along part of the chamber walls, thus leaving the corners unoccupied. During cleaning, the shadow frame is disposed in a way that it rests on both the substrate support and the shadow frame supports. Therefore, the cleaning gas flowing along the chamber walls is blocked by the shadow frame supports and the cleaning gas is forced to the corners since the shadow frame supports do not extend to the corners.

  • Patent number: 5797255
Abstract: A bobbin changing apparatus for a flyer frame which allows works to freely be performed by attendants at a front side of the flyer frame at any time during the operation of the flyer frame, while eliminating need for providing independent rails for transporting full bobbins and empty bobbins, respectively. Disposed at a front side of a flyer frame (2) is a work platform (35) on which the number of pegs (49) which is twice as large as that of bobbin wheels are mounted with a pitch equal to a half of that of the bobbin wheels (4). Each of the pegs (49) can selectively be disposed at an operative position on a top surface of a cover plate (41) and to a retracted position retracted from the top surface. Further, the pegs can be driven reciprocatively over a distance corresponding to one pitch of the peg array.

  • Patent number: 5715669
Abstract: A bobbin transporting system are overhead transporting rail for the flyer frames and an overhead transporting rail for spinning machines are disposed independent of each other. The bobbin transporting carrier running on the transporting rail for the flyer frames suspends the bobbin hangers at a pitch equal to that of bobbin wheels of the flyer frame arrayed in one of two rows in which the bobbin wheels are disposed in a zigzag pattern. The bobbin transporting carrier running on the transporting rail for the spinning frames suspends bobbin hangers at a pitch equal to that of reserve roving bobbins disposed at both sides of a spinning machine. A bobbin exchanging apparatus is disposed at a location where both the transporting rails extend in parallel and close to each other. In the bobbin exchanging apparatus, bobbins suspended at different pitches from the respective bobbin transporting carriers travelling on the transporting rails in opposite directions, respectively, are exchanged.

  • Patent number: 5011000
Abstract: A bobbin carrier in a spinning machine for carrying out full-bobbins from one of a pair of carriers and carrying in empty bobbins to the other of the carriers through peg trays by a full-bobbins-carrying conveyor and an empty-bobbin-carrying conveyor to a plurality of spinning machines arranged in parallel with one another. An endless belt is provided over both of the carriers and the full-bobbins-carrying conveyor and the empty-bobbin-carrying conveyor, and pulleys guide the belt, further a motor is operatively connected to the belt to drive the belt. A pair of linear guiding members are arranged so as to extend along the belt and gasp pegs of peg trays. The belt carries the peg trays with grasping the trays elastically with pressure in cooperation with the guiding members. A full-bobbin-introducing portion is provided in the full-bobbin-carrying conveyor and allows giving and receiving of the peg trays from the belt to the full-bobbin-carrying conveyor.

  • Patent number: 3960024
Abstract: Apparatus for driving detaching rollers in textile combing machines. The pilgrim step motion cycle of the detaching rollers is created by the combination of a constant rotational motion, transmitted by a driving source by way of a power transmission mechanism involving a differential gear mechanism, and a modified variable rotational motion cycle, transmitted by the differential gear mechanism. In the mechanism for creating the above-mentioned variable rotational motion, a first link motion mechanism, which is actuated by the driving source, creates a basic variable rotational motion cycle; and a second link motion mechanism, which is actuated by the output of the first link motion mechanism, adjusts the characteristic feature of the basic variable rotational motion cycle. The output of the second link motion mechanism is imparted to the differential gear mechanism as the modified variable rotational motion cycle.
