  • Publication number: 20190030543
Abstract: A slag crusher includes a screen provided so as to intersect a falling direction of a slag and having openings; at least two spreaders disposed opposite from one another on the screen; and a spreader moving unit configured to support the spreaders and move the spreaders in a direction vertical to the opposing faces of the spreaders. Each spreader includes projections and a lower projection so as to face the other spreader. In a state in which the lower projection is closest to the other spreader, the lower projection does not come into surface contact with the opposed lower projection, and a distance between the opposing lower projections is smaller than an opening dimension of the openings of the screen across a width direction of the spreaders.

  • Patent number: 9567904
Abstract: A method for controlling a gas turbine power plant, a gas turbine power plant, a method for controlling a carbon-containing fuel gasifier, and a carbon-containing fuel gasifier that can keep constant the amount of heat generated from a synthetic gas produced by the carbon-containing fuel gasifier. The gas turbine power plant includes a coal gasifier including a coal gasifier unit that gasifies a fuel containing carbon to produce a synthetic gas and a water-cooled wall duct disposed on the coal gasifier unit and to which a coolant, i.e., water, is directed; a gas turbine combustor that combusts the synthetic gas to produce combustion gas; a gas turbine rotated by the combustion gas produced by the gas turbine combustor; and a generator that generates electrical power. The amount of fuel fed to the coal gasifier is controlled depending on the amount of heat absorbed by the coolant directed to the water-cooled wall duct.

  • Patent number: 5883280
Abstract: An organic hydroxyl compound is reacted with polyphosphoric acid under such conditions that the ratio, as defined by formula (1), has a value exceeding 3.2; and phosphorus pentaoxide is added to the reaction product thus obtained in such an amount that the ratio, as defined by formula (1), has a value in the range of from 2.8 to 3.2: ##EQU1## If necessary, the obtained reaction product is deodorized by the removal of the organic hydroxyl compound unreacted therefrom. The process does not give any product of high-viscous gel and therefore enables the industrially easy manufacture of a phosphoric monoester having an extremely high purity, a lowered orthophosphoric acid content, and a good odor.
