  • Patent number: 11690497
Abstract: The present invention provides a lens unit having a cover member which does not cause deviation in precision and capable of being manufactured efficiently at low cost. In a lens unit 10A, side surfaces of a cover member 14a continuing from a front end surface 29 to a rear end surface located at a lens side are formed in a regular quadrangular prism, at least two of corners of the regular quadrangular prism are in contact with an inner peripheral surface 27 of a housing space 17 of a holder 11a for housing the cover member 14a, a gap 34 is formed between each of the side surfaces of the cover member 14a and the inner peripheral surface 27 of the holder 11a, and an effective area of a light beam is located inside a light receiving area having a regular quadrangular shape surrounded by an outer peripheral edge of the front end surface 29 of the cover member 14a.

  • Publication number: 20060269809
Abstract: A cooling apparatus for a fuel cell vehicle for cooling a fuel cell and a drive motor that receives electric power from the fuel cell and produces motive power for traveling. The cooling apparatus is provided with a first radiator for cooling the fuel cell, a second radiator for cooling the drive motor, and a radiator air-cooling fan that is shared by the first and second radiators. The sizes of the ventilation apertures of the first radiator and second radiator are set to be essentially the same, and the heat-releasing surface areas are set so as to be different from each other. The first and second radiators are adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction of the vehicle and can be disposed in the front portion of the fuel cell vehicle. The periphery between the first radiator and the second radiator is sealed with a seal member.

  • Patent number: 7038579
Abstract: A catalyst coating 5 for decomposing ozone in the air is applied to an outer surface of cooling pipes 3 and radiating fins 4 of a radiator 2. A peel sensor 2 is provided on the catalyst coating 5 of the radiator 2 to detect a loss (remaining amount) of the catalyst coating 5. The position of detection of the peel sensor 2 is determined according to a temperature characteristic of the radiator 2, and a flow rate of the air passing through the radiator 2. The position of detection of the peel sensor 2 can be determined easily and appropriately, such that loss and deterioration of the catalyst coating 5 can be detected with high precision.
