  • Publication number: 20130146694
Abstract: In a vertical mill, a pulverization table (13) is supported with a vertical rotation axis core in a housing (11) so as to be capable of being driven and rotated, and a pulverization roller (18) rotatable in conjunction with rotation of the pulverization table (13) is disposed above the pulverization table (13) so as to be opposed to the pulverization table (13), and a cutter roller (19) rotatable in conjunction with rotation of the pulverization table (13) is disposed above the pulverization table (13) so as to be opposed to the pulverization table (13). Accordingly, a solid matter such as biomass can be efficiently pulverized, thereby achieving improvement in pulverization efficiency.

Accordingly, a solid matter such as biomass can be efficiently pulverized, thereby achieving improvement in pulverization efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20120138718
Abstract: In a vertical roller mill including a fixed classifier, a proportion of coarse particles in a pulverized coal product is reduced. The vertical roller mill (10) includes a cyclone-type fixed classifier (20A) provided within a casing (11) for classifying fine powder having a small particle diameter by centrifugal force and discharging the classified powder to the outside. The fixed classifier (20A) is adapted to discharge the fine powder to the outside from a pulverized coal outlet (16) at an upper side through a lower end portion of an inner cylinder (24) provided inside a cone (21) by introducing a solid-gas two-phase flow into the inside from a fixed vane inlet window (22) opened on the cone (21) and swirling the solid-gas two-phase flow using a fixed vane (23) arranged in the vicinity of the inner side of the fixed vane inlet window (22).

  • Patent number: 6122842
Abstract: A particle movement controller, being disposed between a first fluidized bed, to where particles are supplied, and a second fluidized bed, from where particles are discharged, which controls the moving amount of the particles from the first fluidized bed to the second fluidized bed, is improved to have a substantially proportional characteristic without a hysteresis. Flow rate control nozzle pipes 30a, 30b, . . . , 30j made of horizontal pipes are disposed vertically at intervals and nozzle holes 31 are formed in a lower surface of each of the nozzles. An amount of air emitted from each nozzle hole 31 is controlled using opening and closing valves 33a, 33b, . . . , 33j or flow rate adjustment valves 35a, 35b, . . . , 35j (FIG. 2).

  • Patent number: 5961946
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing carbon black and an apparatus therefor, in which a gasification furnace is separated into a lower gasification section and an upper pyrolysis section via a distribution plate, waste tire chips are supplied to the pyrolysis section of the gasification furnace and pyrolytically decomposed to separate it into pyrolysis gas and fixed carbon, fine fixed carbon is separated from a mixed gas discharged from the gasification furnace and supplied to the gasification section of the gasification furnace to generate gasification gas, the gasification gas is supplied to the pyrolysis section through the distribution plate, a mixed gas of pyrolysis gas and gasification gas is introduced after fine fixed carbon is separated, so that carbon black is yielded.
