  • Patent number: 11951547
Abstract: Provided are a valve guide made of an iron-based sintered alloy excellent in wear resistance and thermal conductivity, and a method of producing the same. Specifically, provided are a method of producing a valve guide made of an iron-based sintered alloy, the method including the steps of: molding raw material powder including diffusion-alloyed powder including core iron powder and Cu bonded to the core iron powder through diffusion to obtain a molded body; and sintering the molded body, to thereby produce a valve guide made of an iron-based sintered alloy, and a valve guide produced by the production method.

  • Patent number: 11942605
Abstract: A solid-state battery including a solid-state battery laminate that includes at least one battery constituent unit including a positive electrode layer, a negative electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer along a lamination direction, and defining: an overlapping part in which the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer overlap each other in the lamination direction, and a non-overlapping part in which the positive electrode layer and the negative electrode layer do not overlap each other in the lamination direction. At least one main surface having a normal in the lamination direction has a recess overlapping the overlapping part and defines a step between the overlapping part and the non-overlapping part or in the non-overlapping part.

  • Patent number: 11430982
Abstract: A nonpolar all-solid-state battery that includes a first electrode; a second electrode; and a solid electrolyte layer the first electrode and the second electrode. Each of the first electrode and the second electrode includes a first active material and at least one second active material. The first active material functions as both a positive electrode active material and a negative electrode active material. The first active material has a larger specific capacity when functioning as the positive electrode active material than when functioning as the negative electrode active material. In each of the first electrode and the second electrode, a ratio of the first active material to a total amount of the first and second active materials is more than 50% by mass and less than 100% by mass. A mass of each of the first and second active materials is equal between the first electrode and the second electrode.

  • Publication number: 20220021024
Abstract: A solid-state battery including a solid-state battery laminate having one or more positive electrode layers, one or more negative electrode layers, and a solid electrolyte interposed therebetween. Each of the electrode layers of the one or more positive electrode layers and the one or more negative electrode layers contains an active material, and an outermost electrode layer of the solid-state battery laminate has a different active material amount with respect to a non-outermost electrode layer located on an inner side of the outermost electrode layer.
