  • Publication number: 20130111966
Abstract: Consumed energy is minimized to reduce running cost. Final formed products of uniform quality are successively obtained. High productivity is provided. A primary forming step of obtaining a primary formed product by plastically working a heated steel sheet with a primary forming die set for a predetermined time period, a secondary forming step of machining the primary formed product with the secondary forming die set for a predetermined time period to obtain a secondary formed product, and a hardening step of allowing a cooling die set placed in a hydraulic press controlled by a servomotor to hold the secondary formed product under pressure for a longer time period than the time period of each of the primary and secondary forming steps to obtain a hardened final formed product are successively performed in sequence. The hardening step is performed independently without coordinating with the primary and secondary forming steps.

  • Publication number: 20130032243
Abstract: Fuel vapor is prevented from leaking to the outside during refueling, and even when an air space is formed in an upper portion of a fuel filler pipe, a diagnosis of leakage of fuel vapor can be performed with good accuracy. During refueling, fuel vapor is guided from a fuel tank 1 to a canister 3, and is absorbed by the canister 3. A change in the internal pressure of a fuel vapor path including the fuel tank 1, a fuel vapor pipe 4, and the canister 3 is detected by a pressure sensor 8, thereby performing a diagnosis of leakage of fuel vapor. An upper space 16 in the fuel tank 1 and an upper space 17 in a fuel filler pipe 2 communicate with each other through an airflow resistance pipe 12, and in order to restrict flow of fuel vapor from the fuel tank 1 through the airflow resistance pipe 12 into the fuel filler pipe 2 during refueling, the airflow resistance pipe 12 includes an orifice 13.

  • Patent number: 8248568
Abstract: An IPS type liquid crystal display device capable of preventing a blanking phenomenon generated to the periphery of a screen caused by charging at the inside of a counter substrate due to the effect of a gate voltage applied to scanning line leads. In a pixel area A constituting a display region, a pixel electrode is disposed by way of an insulative film above a common electrode formed in a planar shape. In a scanning line lead area, the scanning line leads have first scanning line leads and second scanning lines formed in different layers for decreasing the width of the scanning line lead area. The scanning line leads are covered with a shield electrode formed coplanar with the common electrode. Since the shield electrode is extended as far as a portion below a sealant, the shielding effect is enhanced. Further, since the insulative film is present between the sealant and the shield electrode, the sealing effect is not deteriorated.

  • Patent number: 6554659
Abstract: A connector contact has a main body portion, a pair of elastic pieces extending like beams on the same side from two sides of the main body portion, and contact portions respectively formed at distal ends of the elastic pieces, to come into contact with a male contact inserted between the contact portions. The pair of elastic pieces have, at their distal ends, protrusions at which the contact portions are to be arranged and each of which projects in a lateral direction opposite to the other elastic piece. The pair of elastic pieces are deformed by twisting or bending, so that the contact portions oppose each other.

  • Patent number: 6354871
Abstract: A method of surface-mounting a connector on a circuit board using a rivet as a mounting member is provided. This method can provide an excellent assembling process by, if necessary, using the conventional solder dipping process or rivet caulking process. A rivet has a middle portion acting as a flange. In the rivet, one end is previously fixed to a connector side while the other end is inserted into a first hole formed in the surface of a circuit board, so that the flange can be closely attached to the circuit board. Particularly, since a soldering pad is formed adjacent to a hole formed in the circuit board, the rivet can be bonded to the circuit board while other electronic components are being surface-soldered on the circuit board.

  • Patent number: 5283713
Abstract: The grip of a plug-in module according to the present invention is rotatably supported on the upper side of a circuit board. A first end portion of the grip includes a convex portion which engages with a recessed portion in the housing to prevent the plug-in module from being dislodged from the housing by vibrations or the like. When the first and second engaging end are disengaged and the grip is rotated, a protruding end on one side of the grip abuts and applies pressure to the upper end of the housing to assist in removing the plug-in module from the housing. In addition, the above-described protruding end and an additional protruding end on the other side of the grip may be grasped by a robot to allow insertion or removal of the plug-in module by a robot.
