  • Publication number: 20050050561
Abstract: A recording and/or reproducing apparatus has a disk transfer mechanism, a mechanical chassis lifting/lowering mechanism, and a gear switching mechanism. The disk transfer mechanism transfers a disk onto a disk table with a motor. The disk transfer mechanism has a rotation transmitting assembly having a gear train including a swing gear and another gear. The mechanical chassis lifting/lowering mechanism lifts and lowers a mechanical chassis with respect to the disk, which is transferred onto the disk table by the disk transfer mechanism. The gear switching mechanism brings the swing gear out of mesh with the other gear of the gear train after the disk is transferred onto the disk table by the disk transfer mechanism, thereby preventing the disk transfer mechanism from being actuated by the motor, and actuating the mechanical chassis lifting/lowering mechanism with the motor.

  • Publication number: 20050050563
Abstract: A structure on a base plate is simplified, and the thickness of the structure on the base plate is reduced. A disk transfer mechanism includes a housing having a disk slot. A disk is inserted from the disk slot between a base plate and a top panel of the housing. A disk transfer mechanism has a motor and a rotation transmitting assembly for transmitting rotation of the motor to the transfer rollers. The disk transfer mechanism rotates the transfer rollers to transfer the disk onto a disk table. The rotation transmitting assembly includes a base-plate rotation transmitter disposed on the base plate and a top panel rotation transmitter disposed on the top panel. Thus, the components of the rotation transmitting assembly are distributed on the base plate and the top panel.

  • Patent number: 6767729
Abstract: An enzyme solution obtained by cultivating Bacillus subtilis M2-4 strain highly heat-resistant peptidase activity such that the residual activity thereof after 1-hr heat treatment at 60 to 65° C. at pH 7 is substantially 100%. An enzyme preparation can be obtained by separating the enzyme protein from the enzyme solution. Using such enzyme solution or enzyme preparation as an active component, a proteolytic enzyme preparation can be prepared. The enzyme solution, the enzyme preparation and the proteolytic enzyme preparation have both high heat-resistance and great potency of hydrolyzing proteins into low molecules.

  • Patent number: 6748739
Abstract: A hydraulic power system includes a reversible pump, a variable-speed servomotor for driving the pump, a pressure sensor for detecting load pressure, a detector for detecting the motor speed, signal command units for generating preprogrammed pressure and flow rate commands, a rotational speed controller and a signal processor. The signal processor preferentially outputs a speed command corresponding to the flow rate command by a limiter operation when the difference signal between the pressure command and the pressure detection signal is higher than a predetermined level, whereas it preferentially outputs a speed command corresponding to the difference signal when the difference signal is equal to or lower than said level. The rotational speed controller controls the magnitude of a driving current supplied to the servomotor by a closed loop on the basis of the speed command and the detected signal so that the speed of the servomotor corresponds to the speed command.

  • Patent number: 6592336
Abstract: A hydraulic pump with a built-in electric motor wherein an electric motor and a pump unit are arranged in tandem fashion and accommodated within a common housing. In this pump, the housing is in the form of a metal box having a rectangular parallelepiped external shape and forms an electric motor frame fixedly accommodating a stator of the electric motor therein. A space in the metal box on the electric motor side is separated as a dry space from an internal space of said pump unit by a seal mechanism. At least one hydraulic oil receiving chamber is formed in a peripheral wall of the metal box, and the hydraulic oil receiving chamber is communicated with a passage for receiving return oil externally and another passage communicating with a suction port of the pump unit.

  • Patent number: 5843658
Abstract: The present invention provides an in situ monitoring of the decomposing activity against oligonucleotides target in a biological tissue. A single-chain oligonucleotide target comprises an appropriate number of nucleic acid bases to be examined with an energy donor and an energy acceptor respectively at its 5'- and 3'-terminals. Monitoring of the fluorescence changes of the target after injection into a biological tissue, particularly the fluorescent resonance energy transfer(FRET) phenomena between the energy donor and acceptor, indicates whether the oligonucleotide is not decomposed yet.

  • Patent number: 4752442
Abstract: A bonding wire for use in semiconductor devices which consists essentially of 0.0003 to 0.01 wt. % of barium and the balance gold, the gold purity of said bonding wire being at least 99.99%. The bonding wire may further contain at least one element selected from the group consisting of 0.0005 to 0.005 wt. % of aluminum, 0.0001 to 0.003 wt. % of calcium, 0.0005 to 0.005 wt. % of silver and 0.0005 to 0.005 wt. % of palladium. The total content of the elements and barium in the bonding wire should not exceed 0.01 wt. % based on the weight of the bonding wire so that the gold purity of the bonding wire is at least 99.99%. The use of the additive elements improve the mechanical strength and wire-bondability, making the bonding wire highly suitable for use in wire bonding of semiconductor elements, especially for high-speed bonding.

  • Patent number: 4724865
Abstract: A control circuit for a proportional electro-hydraulic fluid control valve in which during a transient condition with a feedback control signal varying rapidly the control loop is changed to an open loop to change the transient characteristic of the valve to prevent the occurrence of an abnormal surge. The control circuit includes a control loop changeover circuit designed so that when the error signal is greater than a predetermined level, the control mode of the magnitude control of a control output signal is changed from a closed loop control in accordance with the feedback signal to an open loop control in accordance with an input signal.

  • Patent number: 4554249
Abstract: A novel enzyme of bilirubin oxidase produced by a genus Myrothecium or genus Coprinus origin microorganism and a conventional enzyme of laccase are found, in the presence of a specific additive compound, e.g. a surface active agent, aromatic carboxylic acid, sulfa drug or protease, to oxidize both conjugated and unconjugated bilirubin in biological fluid to biliverdin without formation of hydrogen peroxide, such that in the case of conventional enzymatic methods of the quantitative determination of glucose, cholesterol, neutral fats, free fatty acids, phospholipids or uric acid all existing together with bilirubin in biological fluid, the usual interference with such determination, as otherwise caused by bilirubin coexisting in such fluid, can be prevented by adding such a bilirubin oxidase or laccase together with such a specific additive compound to the determinative reaction system.
