The information terminal includes a patient information retriever that retrieves patient information from a patient information storage, a communicator that receives the output information, and an output information processor that records the output information and the patient information in association with each other in the patient information storage.

    Abstract: A modifier for resin and rubber of which an active ingredient is a reaction product of a styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (A) with a poly(alkylene oxide) monoalkyl ether (B), and/or a metal salt thereof, which modifier improves processability and properties of resins or rubbers. For example, the modifier provides resins or rubbers with antistatic properties. It also enhances the dispersibility of additives, e.g., a flame retardant or fillers incorporated in the resin or the rubber, and provides resins or rubbers with, for example, excellent flame retardancy and prevents the additive or the filler from blooming.

    Abstract: A rail for a linear motion guide bearing is fabricated by using a steel which contains C in a range of from 0.56 to 1.0% by weight, Si in a range of up to 0.15% by weight, Mn in a range from 0.20 to 0.40% by weight, Cr in a range of from 0.30 to 0.70% by weight, and B in a range of from 0.0005 to 0.0035% by weight, whereby the hardness of the track surface of the resultant rail is higher than a Vickers hardness of 700, and the die is not decreased in service 1 life by the cold-drawing of the steel.
