A comic advertisement creation assistance system 1 includes: a template registration part 11 configured to store comic template information containing a plurality of comic images and attribute information of each of the plurality of comic images; and a template recommendation part 20 configured to identify comic images from the comic template information based on advertisement attribute information and comic image attribute information designated by an advertisement creator and comic images previously searched for or designated by users, the comic images being related to the previously searched or designated comic images.

Abstract: Antimicrobial powders are obtained by suppporting at least one antimicrobial metal of copper, zinc and alloys thereof on the surface of hydrous titanium oxide or titanium oxide particles by electroless plating, vapor deposition, compression mixing, mixing and reducing, and thermal decomposition of a compound. These powders are used to provide antimicrobial resin compositions, antimicrobial rubber compositions, antimicrobial glass compositions and antimicrobial coating compositions.

Abstract: A chlorine-containing gas is introduced as an upward flow into a vertical, upwardly widening column-type reactor, and a titaniferous material and a solid carbonaceous reducing agent are charged into the reactor at its upper and lower parts to effect chlorination in a dilute-phase fluidization system accompanied by reflux of part of the solid materials and thereby yield titanium tetrachloride.
