    Abstract: A coating composition which can retain carbon dioxide absorption capacity for a dramatically longer time period than conventional coating compositions is produced. The production method includes a step of stirring and mixing a silicate compound and alkaline ionized water containing clusters of water molecules that have been finely broken down, together with at least any one of a far-infrared radiation emitting ceramic and a far-infrared radiation emitting mineral.
