  • Publication number: 20030090653
Abstract: The surface defect inspection method and apparatus are capable of inspecting a photosensitive material for defective surface portions with efficiency by using a reflex-type optical sensor. The surface defect inspection apparatus has a reflex-type optical sensor. A thermal-developable photosensitive material is irradiated with inspection light from a light source. Reflected light from the photosensitive material is received by a light-receiving portion of the optical sensor and a defective surface portion is detected from the reflected light. A mask is attached to the light-receiving portion to cut out specular reflected light, thereby enabling a change in the quantity of diffuse reflected light to be directly detected. Therefore, even a defective surface portion where only a small diffuse reflectance is recognized can be detected with efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20020024129
Abstract: The present has an object of reducing a wiring resistance caused by the wiring metal such as bonding wire, and self-inductance, in a semiconductor device for large power, such as IGBT module. Therefore, the invention has at lest three or more power terminals superimposed on each other, wherein at least one semiconductor chip is connected electrically in a way to be sandwiched between predetermined two power terminals among the power terminals. A power terminal on one end among the aforementioned superposed power terminals and a power terminal on the other end among the superposed power terminals can be led out in the same direction, for example.

  • Patent number: 6108826
Abstract: A modular toilet bowl assembly bowl assembly that allows adjustment of the relevant dimensions of the inlet of the outlet as well as the height of a toilet bowl without modifying the toilet bowl body. The toilet bowl includes a toilet bowl and upper drain pipe portion that are formed integrally as a single piece, a lower drain pipe portion that is formed separately from the toilet stool. The lower drain pipe portion may be formed of a series of parts having known dimensions so that by interior moving predetermined parts, the length or height of the toilet bowl can be adjusted.

  • Patent number: 5999640
Abstract: An apparatus for mounting an electronic part includes a reflector located in the rear of an electronic part held by a nozzle on a transferring head, and an image reading device for observing an electronic part held and moved by the transferring head. The image reading device picks up an image from the electronic part. The picked-up image is recognized so as to detect a position of the electronic part with which the motion of the transferring head is controlled. The image reading device includes a line sensor for observing from below the electronic part held by the nozzle of the transferring head, a transmissive illuminating unit for irradiating light onto the reflector so as to make the background of the electronic part bright; a direct illuminating unit for irradiating from below the lower surface of the electronic part passing above the line sensor.

  • Patent number: 5819326
Abstract: In connecting a flushing port (2) of a toilet stool (1) which is formed so as to face the floor surface to which the toilet stool (1) is installed to a drainpipe (3) of the building, the connection is made by means of a flushing-side connecting pipe (6) which connects to the flushing port (2), a drain-side connecting pipe (7) which connects to the drainpipe (3), and a linking pipe (8) which makes connection between the above-noted two pipes. In making the pipe connections, the linking pipe (8) is cut off in accordance with the distance between the flushing port (2) and the drainpipe (3) or pipe insertion overlap can be used to adjust the length of the linking pipe (8).
