  • Publication number: 20120037214
Abstract: To protect a solar cell panel and facilitate the attachment of the solar cell panel on a roof and the like. A solar cell module 2 includes a solar cell panel 20 and two reinforcing bars 21 that laterally cross the solar cell panel 20 and that are disposed and adhered on the rear surface of the solar cell panel 20. Each of the reinforcing bars 21 is in the form of a rectangular and flat plate having a length that is approximately the same as the lateral width of the solar cell panel 20. Both end portions of each reinforcing bar 21 are bent upwardly to form hooking portions 21a of each reinforcing bar 21. U-shaped notches are formed adjacent to both ends of each reinforcing bar 21, and the U-shaped parts are bent downwardly to form protruding engagement portions 21b. An example of the reinforcing bar 21 is made of a steel plate that is cut, bent, and subjected to plating.

  • Publication number: 20110240101
Abstract: A stand is assumed to be a stand having a triangular structure, increases the strength between the front end portion of a mounting bar and a bracket and readily positions a solar cell module even without particularly increasing the number of components, and further prevents the corrosion of the bracket and metal fittings around the bracket. Abutting portions 73m of a front bracket 73 position a frame member 21 of a solar cell module 2 such that the frame member juts out beyond a bottom plate 73a of the front bracket 73 toward the abutting portions 73m. Accordingly, even if rainwater infiltrates the space between the solar cell module 2 and a mounting bar 11, gradually runs along the bottom face of the solar cell module 2, and turns into waterdrops W, and then the waterdrops W drop from the edge portion of the solar cell module 2, the waterdrops W will not fall on the bottom plate 73a of the front bracket 73 and the base rail 71.

  • Publication number: 20110204193
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a frame member (21) of a solar cell module (2) is fixedly supported in a sandwiched manner between a lower fixing fitting (4) and an upper fixing fitting (3a). A protruding flange (44a) of an upper plate (40) of the lower fixing fitting (4) is pressed against the surface of the frame member (21) of the solar cell module (2). When a bolt (8) is tightly fastened, the upper plate (40) and the frame member (21) come into tightly abutting contact with each other, and the protruding flange (44a) of the upper plate (40) press into the surface of the frame member (21) of the solar cell module (2), thereby establishing an electrical connection.

  • Patent number: 7836639
Abstract: There is provided a structure mounting and supporting device that can facilitate mounting a structure on a roof. The device allows a plurality of fixing members to be fixed to sheathing, which underlies a roofing material, perpendicularly, while allowing a supporting member fixing and supporting the structure and the fixing members to be fixed together at their respective side portions. More specifically, the supporting member to be carried by the plurality of fixing members has one end initially connected to one fixing member. The supporting member thus has the other end pivotably to provide a degree of freedom to a position at which the other fixing member and the supporting member are secured together, in mounting and fixing the fixing member and the supporting member together. The structure mounting and supporting device is thus applicable to a roof having a plurality of pieces of sheathing inclined at different angles.
