  • Patent number: 12254929
Abstract: A semiconductor memory device includes a first memory cell, a second memory cell above the first memory cell, a first word line electrically connected to a gate of the first memory cell, a second word line electrically connected to a gate of the second memory cell, and a control unit that performs an erasing operation on the first and second memory cells. During the erasing operation, the control unit applies a first voltage to a first word line and a second voltage higher than the first voltage to a second word line.

  • Publication number: 20250063249
Abstract: An image capturing apparatus that includes one or more image sensors configured to capture a plurality of images and store the captured images in a memory. The apparatus also includes a circuitry that detects an input trigger and continues to capture new images in response to the trigger. The numbers of new images captured are equal in magnitude to half the magnitude of the capacity of the memory. The first new image captured after detecting the trigger is tagged as a reference image. In response to the number of new images captured, the sensors are deactivated and the reference image is displayed immediately on a display panel. On detecting an input operation, the apparatus displays a target image from the plurality of images captured in a quick and efficient manner.

  • Patent number: 12043754
Abstract: [Problem] Provided is a two-component type curable resin composition that allows a mixture of an A agent and a B agent to have excellent dispersibility and printability, causes no visible-copper phenomenon, and provides an excellent packing form (receivability) for transportation. [Solution] A two-component type curable resin composition according to the present invention is characterized by including: an A agent containing a carboxyl group-containing resin; and a B agent containing a thermosetting ingredient, wherein the A agent has a viscosity value in the range of 50 dPa·s or more and 200 dPa·s or less at 25° C. at 5 rpm, wherein the B agent has a viscosity value in the range of 100 dPa·s or more and 300 dPa·s or less at 25° C.
