  • Patent number: 9259908
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a resin decorative plate capable of shaping a body using a shaping sheet. The shaping sheet is a sheet including a base material having thereon at least a partially or entirely provided ink layer and a surface shaping layer existing on the ink layer, coming into contact therewith and covering over the whole surface including a region where the ink layer is formed and a region where the ink layer is not formed, wherein the surface shaping layer is a layer obtained through crosslinking and curing of a curable resin composition, and in the surface shaping layer, the surface of the surface shaping layer which is located just above the ink layer and in an upper part in the vicinity thereof has a convex shape and additionally has a concave pattern.

  • Patent number: 9120248
Abstract: There are provided a shaping sheet provided on a surface thereof with a fine irregular shape which is capable of forming a fine pattern with a high-grade feel on a material to be shaped, and is excellent in releasability from the material, as well as a decorative plate shaped by the shaping sheet. The shaping sheet of the present invention includes a substrate, at least an ink layer partially formed on the substrate and a surface shaped layer which is present on and contacted with the ink layer so as to cover a whole surface including both a region where the ink layer is formed and a region where no ink layer is formed, wherein the surface shaped layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and has a convex shape on a surface thereof which is located in a portion just above the ink layer and in the vicinity of the portion.

  • Patent number: 8313824
Abstract: A decorative material capable of achieving both surface endurance such as abrasion resistance, and internal endurance such as subsidence resistance, water resistance and oil resistance. The decorative material is produced by laminating an ionizing radiation curing resin coating paper onto a thermosetting resin impregnated paper, and heat pressing for the integration. A surface layer and a base material layer are laminated and integrated on the rear surface thereof. The surface layer has at least a surface resin layer made of a cured material of an ionizing radiation curing resin, a blocking layer for blocking the ooze out of the uncured material of the thermosetting resin, and an impregnated paper layer formed by a paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin and cured, laminated from the surface side. At least the uppermost surface of the base material layer has an impregnated paper layer formed by a paper impregnated with a thermosetting resin and cured.

  • Patent number: 8187695
Abstract: The present invention provides a shaping sheet that includes a base material having at least an ink layer provided on the whole surface thereof and a surface shaping layer that is present on the ink layer, contacts the ink layer, and covers the whole surface of the ink layer, in which the surface shaping layer is a crosslinked and cured product of a curable resin composition and the surface shaping layer has a concavoconvex pattern on a surface thereof. There can be obtained: a shaping sheet that has a fine concavoconvex pattern, allows elaborated shaping with a high-grade feeling, and has excellent releasability; a shaping sheet having excellent design properties and releasability that can readily control a lustrous portion and a matted portion; and further a shaping sheet whose surface is free of contamination by impurities separated out of the base material even when it is repeatedly used.

  • Patent number: 7931954
Abstract: There is provided a decorative material comprising at least a substrate, a low-luster pattern ink layer partially formed on the substrate, and a surface protective layer which is present on and contacted with the low-luster pattern ink layer so as to cover a whole surface including both a region where the low-luster pattern ink layer is formed and a region where no low-luster pattern ink layer is formed, wherein the surface protective layer is formed by crosslinking and curing an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and provided therein with a low-gloss region which is located in a portion just above the low-luster pattern ink layer and in the vicinity of the portion and visually recognized as a concave portion. The decorative material is provided on a surface thereof with a pattern, and exhibits a difference in gloss according to the pattern which is visually recognized as a concave portion, thereby imparting a good convexo-concave feeling to a surface thereof.
