    Abstract: A signal input electrode portion formed on a liquid crystal display panel which has driver LSIs outputting signals for driving picture elements is detachably inserted from a side direction thereof into and is connected to a connector mounted on a circuit board for supplying electric power and input signals to the liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal display panel is electrically connected with the circuit board through the connector.
