  • Publication number: 20230035039
Abstract: An analysis and observation device includes: a component analysis section that performs component analysis of an analyte; an output section that outputs one component analysis result to an analysis history holding section; the analysis history holding section that holds a plurality of component analysis results as an analysis history; and an identifying section that identifies a component analysis result similar to the component analysis result obtained by the component analysis section from among the plurality of component analysis results held in the analysis history holding section. The analysis history holding section holds the analysis history to which the component analysis result has been newly added according to the output of the component analysis result by the output section, and the identifying section identifies a component analysis result similar to the one component analysis result from among results of the component analysis performed by the component analysis section.

  • Publication number: 20230032192
Abstract: A change in a substance in a depth direction of an analyte is easily estimated. An analysis and observation device includes: a library holding section that holds a substance library in which a substance is associated with a type of an element constituting the substance and a content of the element; and a component analysis section that estimates a type of an element constituting a substance and a content of the element based on a spectrum, and estimates the substance based on estimated characteristics and the substance library. The component analysis section estimates a type of an element constituting a substance, a content of the element, and the substance at each of a plurality of positions having different analysis depths.

  • Publication number: 20220349827
Abstract: It is possible to save time and effort required for imaging of an analysis point and to improve usability of an analysis device. An analysis and observation device as a laser-induced breakdown spectroscope includes: a first camera, an electromagnetic wave emitter that emits laser light to a sample; a reflective object lens that collects plasma light generated in the sample; first and second detectors that generate intensity distribution spectra; and a processor. The processor controls the first camera in response to reception of a start trigger signal to generate a pre-irradiation image that is an image before the sample is irradiated with the laser light, and controls the electromagnetic wave emitter after controlling the first camera to emit the laser light to the sample.

  • Publication number: 20220349848
Abstract: An analysis and observation device includes an analysis unit, a primary storage device that reads a substance library in which types of substances are associated with a plurality of characteristics, and a processor that executes processing based on the substance library. The substance library is configured by storing hierarchical information of superclasses each of which represents a general term of a substance and subclasses each of which represents a type of the substance. A processor includes: a spectrum acquirer that acquires an intensity distribution spectrum; a characteristic extractor that extracts a characteristic of a substance based on the intensity distribution spectrum; a substance estimator that estimates the type of the substance from subclasses based on the extracted characteristic; and a user interface controller that causes a display to display the estimated subclass and the superclass to which the subclass belongs in a hierarchical manner.
