Abstract: Provided is a semiconductor device including: a first charge pump circuit that generates a first control signal based on electric charge of a first pumping capacitor accumulated through a first drive transistor; a second charge pump circuit that generates a second control signal based on electric charge of a second pumping capacitor accumulated through a second drive transistor; a third charge pump circuit that transfers electric charge between an output terminal and a reference voltage terminal through a third drive transistor; and a fourth charge pump circuit that transfers electric charge between the output terminal and the reference voltage terminal through a fourth drive transistor. Conductive states of the first and third drive transistors are controlled based on the second control signal, and conductive states of the second and fourth drive transistors are controlled based on the first control signal.

Abstract: A vulcanized olefin-based rubber composition is disclosed which is produced by vulcanizing an olefin-based rubber composition with a sulfur-containing substance alone or with a sulfur-containing substance and a vulcanization accelerator in combination. The olefin-based rubber composition is composed of (A) olefin-based rubber composed mainly of ethylene and propylene and (B) aluminum or an aluminum alloy in the form of powder, fiber, or flake, or being composed of (A) olefin-based rubber composed mainly of ethylene and propylene, (B) aluminum or an aluminum alloy in the form of powder, fiber, or flake, and (C) electrically-conductive carbon black, and said sulfur-containing substance being selected from the group consisting of a sulfur-based vulcanizing agent and a sulfur-releasing agent.The composition of this invention is superior in the shielding of electromagnetic waves.

Abstract: A polyolefin composition is described, comprising: (A) a polyolefin which is modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative, or a mixture of such a modified polyolefin and a polyolefin, (B) aluminum or aluminum alloy in a powdery, fibrous and/or flaky form, (C) electrically conductive carbon black, (D) a halogen-containing organic compound and antimony oxide, and (E) a hydrous inorganic substance. This polyolefin composition has good electromagnetic wave-shielding properties and flame resistance, and therefore, it can be used as a housing material for electronic equipment.
