  • Patent number: 8161580
Abstract: A sanitary washing toilet seat device according to the invention comprises a nozzle head having a water discharge port; a first cylinder capable of housing at least part of the nozzle head; a second cylinder capable of housing at least part of the first cylinder; and a driver configured to advance or retract at least one of the nozzle head and the first and second cylinder. The driver includes a flexible rack with one end connected to the nozzle head; a motor; and a transmission mechanism configured to transmit rotation of the motor to the flexible rack. At least one of the nozzle head and the first and second cylinder is advanced or retracted in accordance with the rotation of the motor. In a sanitary washing toilet seat device and a toilet device equipped therewith, a multistage washing nozzle can be accurately advanced/retracted.

  • Patent number: 7386895
Abstract: A lifting and lowering device (31) for a toilet seat or a toilet cover has a swing shaft (17) provided on a swing center line (C) of a toilet seat (3) or a toilet cover (4) that swings around base end portions (3l, 4l), respectively, and rises. The device includes a lifting and lowering control unit (5) indirectly fixed to a toilet bowl main body (30); an output shaft (12) that is provided on the swing center line (C), one end portion of which shaft being removably connected to the swing shaft (17) of the lifting and lowering control unit (5) and the other end portion being detacheably connected to the base end portion (3l) of the toilet seat (3); and a toilet seat transmission unit (9) containing a tortion spring (13) that urges the output shaft (12) in a lifting direction of the toilet seat (3). The lifting and lowering device (31) for the toilet seat of toilet cover is relatively small in size and able to stabely hold the toilet seat or toilet cover in a raised position.

  • Patent number: 7293297
Abstract: An automatic lifting and lowering device for a toilet seat or a toilet cover usable for a toilet seat provided with a function of washing a body with hot water, which requires reduced size and weight, includes a rotating shaft (40) rotated together with the toilet seat or the toilet cover, a drive motor (32) rotating the rotating shaft (40) in normal and reverse directions, and a speed reduction gear train (33). The drive force of the drive motor (32) is transmitted to the rotating shaft (40) through the speed reduction gear train (33) to automatically lift and lower the toilet seat or toilet cover, whereby the automatic lifting and lowering device itself can be formed compact by using a planetary gear mechanism for the speed reduction gear train (33).
