Patent number: 10744462Abstract: A separation membrane module comprises a hollow module container, and an element unit which is housed in the module container. The element unit comprises a plurality of connected separation membrane elements each of which includes: a separation membrane for separating components of a substance flowing to the inside of the module container; and membrane bundle securing materials for securing both ends of the separation membrane. In the element unit, a flow channel for discharging the components separated by the separation membranes to the outside of the element unit is formed. Passage members though which the components separated by the separation membranes can pass toward the flow channel for discharging are disposed at connections between the plurality of separation membrane elements such that both end surfaces of each of the passage membranes are respectively in contact with the membrane bundle securing materials of the separation membrane elements adjacent thereto.Type: GrantFiled: May 19, 2017Date of Patent: August 18, 2020Assignee: TORAY INDUSTRIES, INC.Inventors: Kenji Hayashida, Hiroshi Matsumoto, Osamu Nakamatsu

Patent number: 4543459Abstract: A small-sized switch has a casing in which a movable contact member engages a first terminal and extends toward a second terminal having a fixed contact. The movable contact member includes an integral arcuate leaf spring extending from the end adjacent to the second contact toward the first contact, the movable contact member having a movable contact. An actuator is mounted on the casing for movement into and out of the casing. The switch also has a rocker pivotably disposed in the casing and held in engagement with the actuator. The leaf spring has a free end engaging the rocker. When the actuator is moved into or out of the casing, the rocker is turned thereby to cause the portion thereof engaging the leaf spring to traverse a line passing through the portion of the movable contact member engaging the first terminal and the movable contact, whereupon the movable contact on the movable contact member is snapped into or out of contact with the fixed contact on the second terminal.Type: GrantFiled: December 5, 1983Date of Patent: September 24, 1985Assignee: Hosiden Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kenji Hayashida

Patent number: 4511770Abstract: As a disc having teeth on its periphery is turned, one end of an engagement piece is engaged with a first lock member, a first protrusion provided on the engagement piece at that end portion is disengaged from the disc, and a second protrusion of the engagement piece at the other end portion thereof is engaged with one of the teeth of the disc. Each time one of the teeth of the disc crosses over the second protrusion, the latter pivots about the point of its engagement with the first lock member, driving the free end of the second resilient piece into and out of contact with the first contact piece. When the disc is turned in the opposite direction, the other end of the engagement piece is engaged with the second lock member to disengage the second protrusion from the disc and to engage the first protrusion with the periphery of the disc.Type: GrantFiled: December 13, 1983Date of Patent: April 16, 1985Assignee: Hosiden Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kenji Hayashida

Patent number: 4488018Abstract: When an actuator held in a body of an insulating material is activated, one of arms of a conductive torsion spring in the body is displaced towards the other arm. By this displacement, the arm is inserted between contact portions of a pair of leg pieces of a conductive clip disposed between the actuator and the coil portion of the torsion spring, by which a terminal connected to the other arm and a terminal connected to the clip are connected via the torsion spring.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 1983Date of Patent: December 11, 1984Assignee: Hosiden Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kenji Hayashida
