    Abstract: A sanitary washing device according to an embodiment comprises: a heating part; a first temperature sensor configured to sense temperature of water heated by the heating part; a second temperature sensor provided downstream of the first temperature sensor and configured to sense temperature of the water; a nozzle provided downstream of the second temperature sensor and configured to jet the water toward human private parts; and a controlling part configured to determine that the second temperature sensor is abnormal when change of the temperature sensed by the first temperature sensor is larger than a predetermined first value and change of the temperature sensed by the second temperature sensor is smaller than a predetermined second value.
