  • Patent number: 11348244
Abstract: A medical image processing apparatus according to an embodiment includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to obtain feature values related to the shape and a property of the heart. The processing circuitry is configured to estimate, by using the feature values, a state of the heart after a chest is opened. The processing circuitry is configured to estimate, based on a result of the estimation of the state of the heart, a state of the heart after the chest is closed after a treatment is completed. The processing circuitry is configured to output a parameter related to the estimated state of the heart after the chest is closed to a display.

  • Patent number: 7366679
Abstract: A residual value of goods based on data is forecast based on a secondhand price database storing transaction data including the residual value of objects and age of the objects. A standardized forecast residual value is calculated for a prescribed future time based on the standardized residual value. The standardized residual value is calculated by modifying a residual value of the object included in the transaction data stored in the secondhand price database based on attribute values of a prescribed attribute of the object included in the transaction data. A non-standardized forecast residual value is determined by making adjustments corresponding to the attribute values of the object of which the residual value will be forecast.

  • Publication number: 20020072958
Abstract: Provided is technology for enabling an accurate forecasting of a residual value of goods based on data showing the similar trend, without making reduction of the number of data caused by ramification, when the subject goods have an attribute that may largely affect the residual value thereof. In order to achieve the above, the system according to the present invention comprises a secondhand price database storing transaction data including the residual value of the object and the elapsed year of the object etc.

  • Patent number: 4854642
Abstract: A head restraint assembly having a bushing member adapted for retaining and guiding a post supporting the head restraint pad of a motor vehicle seat back. The bushing is installed within the seat back and allows the head restraint pad to be positioned at various vertical positions to suit individual seat occupants. The head restraint post has a plurality of detent notches and a retainer notch. The bushing includes a detent lug engagable with the notches such that various indexed positions of the head restraint pad are provided. The detent notches of the post have ramped cam surfaces enabling the pad to be moved between the detent positions by exerting axial loads on the post. The retainer notch engages the lug to prevent inadvertent withdrawal of the head restraint pad. Complete withdrawal, however, is provided by an actuator mechanism which urges the lug to withdraw it from engagement with the post retainer notch.

  • Patent number: 4529249
Abstract: A passive restraint using a seat belt is disclosed which serves to secure the safety of an occupant in a vehicle seat. In this passive restraint, a front frame section of a cushion frame of the seat is formed with a recessed portion, a belt retractor is fitted into and fixed to this recessed portion, and a belt guide is provided in the rear portion of one of side frame sections of the cushion frame which continues from a corner portion where the recessed portion is formed, whereby the seat belt that is guided from the belt retractor is extended along the outer surface of the above-mentioned one side frame section, inserted through the belt guide, and then turned over upwardly of a seat cushion of the vehicle seat.
