  • Patent number: 8943933
Abstract: A cutting insert (130) is formed to be rotationally symmetric with respect to an axis line (C3) of a height direction and to be planarly symmetric with respect to a virtual plane of the insert (VS1), an axis line (C2) of a traverse direction is gradually inclined toward the front of a rotational direction around which a workpiece (W) rotates moving toward a first traverse direction (C2A), an axis line (C1) of a longitudinal direction extends toward a lower surface side of an insert body (131) so as to approach a virtual plane of the tool moving toward a first longitudinal direction (C1A), and one corner portion (143C) in the other cutting edge (132B) is disposed further toward a first traverse direction (C2A) than one corner portion (143A) in one cutting edge (132A).

  • Patent number: 8911185
Abstract: This detachable insert type cutting tool is provided with a cutting insert and a holder which holds the cutting insert. An insert mounting seat on which the cutting insert is mounted and upper and lower jaw sections which pinch the cutting insert are provided in the holder. The insert mounting seat is provided between the lower surface of the upper jaw section and the upper surface of the lower jaw section. Convex curve outer surfaces are formed on one side of the upper and lower jaw sections when viewed from the leading end sides of the upper and lower jaw sections, and concave curve inner surfaces are formed on the other side of the upper and lower jaw sections. In a state where the cutting insert is fixed to the insert mounting seat, the concave curve inner surface of the upper jaw section is disposed at a position retreated further radially outward than an arc surface extending along the concave curve inner surface of the lower jaw section.

  • Patent number: 4729615
Abstract: A container assembly has two door sections of a folding door which are coupled together by means of hinges provided at upper and lower positions on the rear surfaces of the mutually adjacent inner vertical edge portions of the doors so that the doors can be folded, by pivotal motion, with the thus hinge-coupled inner-edge portions thereof protruding outwardly from the body, thus exposing the front opening of the body. Upper and lower movement enabling means mounted to each door section are movable on upper and lower rails of the body opening closed by the folding door.

  • Patent number: 4726637
Abstract: A wardrobe or other container has a body and at least one pair of doors arranged to move outwardly away from an access opening to the container. This motion is permitted by mounting means which include support rollers to carry the weight of the doors and guide rollers rotatable about vertical axes and engaged in channels mounted adjacent the upper and lower edges of the container.
