  • Publication number: 20240111262
Abstract: A system including control devices configured to perform nth-order transmission, each control device including: a storage device storing, in relation to the control devices, a source list being a list of the control devices to be passed through from a most upstream control device to the control device and a destination list being a list of the control devices to be passed through from the control device to a most downstream control device; and a processor performing processing including: when an update request including a first source list of a first control device is received, updating the source list using the update request, generating a new update request using the updated source list, and transmitting the new update request to a second control device; and when a completion response including a second destination list of the second control device is received, updating the destination list using the completion response.

  • Patent number: 7901264
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a double spiral glass tube having a bump that is difficult to break. The manufacturing method includes the steps of: causing the bump forming section (32) in the central portion (13) to have greater tube thickness than the other sections in the glass tube (23) that has been deformed into a double spiral shape; heating and softening part of the bump forming section; and forming a bump (14) by injecting a nitrogen gas (27) into the inner space of the glass tube from both ends thereof to expand the bump forming section. With this structure, the bump forming section is preliminarily formed to have a greater tube thickness than the other sections. As a result, the bump, which is formed by expanding the bump forming section to have a smaller tube thickness than before the expansion, still maintains a sufficient strength.

  • Publication number: 20090134771
Abstract: A method of uniformly applying a phosphor onto the internal surface of a glass tube of spiral configuration having opening at its both ends. After an injection process is performed while glass tube (11) is held with openings (24,25) facing upward, the glass tube is turned upside down and held such that the openings are positioned in the inferior region. While rotating the glass tube around pivot axis (A), the phosphor suspension is caused to flow out. The glass tube is turned upside down once more and held to cause the openings to position in the superior region for a given period of time with the result that the phosphor suspension is caused to flow to uniformize the thickness thereof. Further once more the glass tube is turned upside down to cause the openings to position in the inferior region. In that state, a preliminary drying process is performed.

  • Patent number: 7423370
Abstract: An arc tube is formed by turning a glass tube at a substantially middle thereof and winding the glass tube from the middle to its both ends around an axis to form a double spiral, and sealing electrodes at both ends of the glass tube. The spiral pitch of a spiral part in a vicinity of one of the ends and an adjacent spiral part in the direction of the axis is set larger than the spiral pitch of other adjacent spiral parts, to widen a gap between the one end and the adjacent spiral part.

  • Publication number: 20080191599
Abstract: The discharge lamp comprises: an arc tube including electrodes disposed at both ends of a glass tube; and bases provided at the two ends of the glass tube and supplying power to the electrodes. The arc tube includes two spiral parts, extending from the middle part of the glass tube to both end parts thereof, circularly winding around an imaginary axis and progressively away from the imaginary axis as shifted in a direction from the middle part toward the end parts. The end parts of the glass tube are attached by a silicon resin to adjacent parts of the glass tube, which are located on the imaginary axis side in relation to the end parts.

  • Patent number: 7332866
Abstract: An arc tube includes an arc tube body and a pair of electrodes. The arc tube body is formed from a glass tube which is double-spirally wound from a middle portion to both ends around a spiral axis. The pair of electrodes are sealed at both ends of the arc tube body. Mercury is enclosed in the arc tube substantially in a single form. Each of the electrodes includes a multiple-coiled filament which is wound substantially one turn in a last coiling stage.

  • Patent number: 7321190
Abstract: An arc tube is formed by a glass tube that is turned at a substantially middle thereof and wound around a spiral axis from the middle, to have a double-spiral structure. End portions of the arc tub are wound around the spiral axis. A holder has insertion openings formed therein in such shapes that correspond to shapes of the ends of the arc tube. The insertion openings allow the ends of the arc tube to be inserted along a bottom wall of the holder. The holder also includes guide grooves provided in the areas before the insertion openings in the spiral direction of the ends of the arc tube. The guide grooves allow the end portions of the arc tube to come in contact, and when the arc tube is rotated around the axis, guide the ends of the arc tube to the insertion openings.
