  • Patent number: 6663946
Abstract: An object of the invention is to satisfy all of a high-density wiring package, soldering thermal resistance, an insulating property and high-frequency transmission characteristics. The invention is a multi-layer wiring substrate having a lamination of a plurality of dielectric layers which are each provided with a wiring conductor made of a metallic foil on at least one of upper and bottom surfaces of the dielectric layer, the wiring conductors between which the dielectric layer is disposed being electrically connected with each other via a through conductor formed in the dielectric layer; on this occasion, the dielectric layers each individually are composed of a liquid crystal polymer layer and cladding layers made of a polyphenyleneether-type organic substance and formed on upper and bottom surfaces of the liquid crystal polymer layer.

  • Patent number: 6630655
Abstract: A heating chamber has a width in a direction of a two-head arrow X, a depth in a direction of a two-head arrow Y and a height in a direction of a two-head arrow Z. An infrared sensor includes 25 infrared detection elements each having a field of view. Since the 25 infrared detection elements are arranged, five by five in directions Y and Z, on the heating chamber's bottom plate there are projected a total of 25 fields of view, five by five in directions Y and X. Thus the bottom plate has any area thereof covered by one of the 25 fields of view.

  • Patent number: 6222171
Abstract: A microwave oven includes electronic components such as a high voltage transformer and a high voltage capacitor constituting a control circuit. These components are provided on a bottom panel of the microwave oven. A filter is fit under the bottom panel of the microwave oven. By removing the filter, the bottom panel can be detached from the main body frame. By detaching the bottom panel from the main body frame, the electronic components such as the high voltage transformer and the high voltage capacitor can be removed from the main body of the microwave oven while the microwave oven is still mounted at a high position. A cooking appliance that can be easily handled is provided.
