  • Publication number: 20130258480
Abstract: A precursor sol of aluminum oxide includes particles containing a hydrolysate and/or a condensate of an aluminum compound, a solvent, and an organo aluminum compound. When a pulsed-NMR T2 relaxation curve of nuclide 1H of the precursor sol of aluminum oxide includes two components with different T2 relaxation times and the component with the longer T2 relaxation time has an abundance level of CL (%) and the component with the shorter T2 relaxation time has an abundance level of CS (%), the relative proportion RCS (%) defined by [{CS/(CS+CL)}×100] is in the range of 23.5% to 50.0%, both inclusive.

  • Patent number: 8353712
Abstract: A housing (20) is formed with pairs of projections (31A, 31B) at opposite sides in a width direction perpendicular to a connecting direction and supporting shafts (29) located between the projections (31A, 31B) at the opposite widthwise sides and behind the projections (31A, 31B) in the connecting direction and adapted to rotatably support a lever (60). The lever (60) is formed with stoppers for preventing a rotation of the lever (60) by being engaged with the projections (31A) on one widthwise side at a connection start position. Further, the lever (60) is formed with pressing portions (72) for correcting a connection posture of the housing (20) by pressing the projections (31B) on the other widthwise side in the connecting direction when the housing (20) is inclined from a proper connection posture with respect to a mating housing (80) in a process reaching a connection position.

  • Patent number: 8292650
Abstract: If connection postures of a first and a second housings (10, 40) are inclined from proper ones at a final stage of a connecting process of the first and second housings (10, 40,) pressing portions (73) of a lever (60) press pressable portions (29) of the first housing (10) to correct the connection postures of the first and second housings (10, 40). A mutual connection force of the first and second housings (10, 40) reaches a maximum value when an operable portion (61) of the lever (60) is located at a position near the rear surface of a cover (12) or overlapping the rear surface of the cover (12) before the pressing portions (73) press the pressable portions (29) in the connecting process of the first and second housings (10, 40).

  • Patent number: 8251761
Abstract: A connector member is formed with first slides (22F, 22R) and first locks (23). A cover (70) is formed with second slides (76F, 76R) and second locks (79). The cover (70) is mounted on the connector member slidably between a standby position and a mount position. The first and second slides (22F, 22R) and (76F, 76R) slide on each other to guide a sliding movement of the cover (70) from the standby position to the mount position. At the mount position, the first and second locks (23, 79) engage to prevent a returning movement of the cover (70) to the standby position. The connector member is formed with guide paths (55) for positioning and guiding the cover (70) to the standby position.

  • Publication number: 20120207973
Abstract: Provided are an optical member capable of maintaining a high level of antireflectiveness while preventing fogging under conditions of total reflection, and a method of manufacturing the same. The optical member includes: a substrate; an intermediate layer; and an aluminum oxide layer which are stacked in this order, the aluminum oxide layer having a surface with an irregular structure made of aluminum oxide crystals. The intermediate layer includes multiple columnar structures inclined with respect to a substrate surface, and includes holes between the columnar structures. The method of manufacturing an optical member includes: forming on a substrate surface an intermediate layer including multiple columnar structures by oblique deposition; and forming a film by applying on the intermediate layer a solution containing aluminum compound and subjecting the film to hot water treatment to form on the film surface an aluminum oxide layer having an irregular structure made of aluminum oxide crystals.

  • Publication number: 20110076093
Abstract: An auxiliary housing (20) inserted into a frame (10) is locked in a retained state by the locking action of resiliently deformable lock arms (13) and locks (21). The lock arms (13) and the locks (21) include locking surfaces (17, 23) that are substantially normal to an inserting direction of the auxiliary housing (20) and come into contact with each other with the lock arms (13) and the locks (21) engaged in an insertion process of the auxiliary housing (20). When an inserting force exceeding a locking force of the locking surfaces (17, 23) is applied to the auxiliary housing (20), the lock arms (13) are resiliently deformed to disengage the locking surfaces (17, 23).
