The invention provides an aqueous dispersion comprising an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A), a nitrogen-containing non-ionic emulsifier (B), and water, wherein the acid-modified polyolefin resin (A) is a propylene-?-olefin copolymer having a butene content of 2 to 35 mass % in a polyolefin component, and wherein a coating film after baking at 80° C. has a pure water contact angle of 40° to 90°.
