Kenji Nagura has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Abstract: A compressor of the present invention includes a crank shaft, a bearing, a casing, an outer-race gear that is disposed so as to surround the crank shaft, a planetary gear that has a radius of a pitch circle set to a half of a radius of a pitch circle of the outer-race gear and causes the crank shaft to be inserted therethrough so that the planetary gear rotates relative to the crank shaft, a piston that is connected to the planetary gear so as to rotate relative to the planetary gear and moves in a reciprocating manner in the direction parallel to the radial direction of the outer-race gear inside the casing in a manner such that the planetary gear rotates inside the outer-race gear while engaging with the outer-race gear, and a pump that supplies lubricant to the bearing. Here, the pump is accommodated inside the casing.
Abstract: Provided is a hydrogen station that supplies hydrogen to an external hydrogen tank, the hydrogen station including: a reciprocating compressor that is driven by a driver of which revolution is controllable; a cooling device that is capable of cooling hydrogen supplied from the reciprocating compressor to the hydrogen tank; a temperature sensor that detects an internal temperature of the hydrogen tank or a temperature of the hydrogen supplied to the hydrogen tank; and a control unit that controls the revolution of the driver based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor.
Abstract: Provided is a hydrogen station that is used to charge hydrogen to a hydrogen tank mounted on a vehicle, the hydrogen station including: a compressor that compresses hydrogen; a lubricant cooling unit that cools the lubricant of the compressor while circulating the lubricant; a hydrogen cooling unit that is capable of cooling hydrogen which is not charged to the hydrogen tank mounted on the vehicle yet and is compressed by the compressor; a sensor that detects whether the vehicle approaches or reaches the hydrogen station; and a startup unit that starts up at least one of the lubricant cooling unit and the hydrogen cooling unit by a signal from the sensor.
Abstract: A process for producing an embedded protein antigen, comprising embedding a protein antigen having two or more cysteine residues in a molecule thereof, into a hydrophobized polysaccharid. Prior to or after the embedding of the protein antigen, the protein antigen is purified. There are provided an embedded protein antigen and a process for producing the same, which can advantageously purify the protein antigen, while suppressing the denaturation of the protein antigen as completely as possible.
Abstract: A method is disclosed for culturing animal cells in a medium characterized n that said medium contains a compound represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein, R denotes COOM or CHO, herein M denotes hydrogen, an alkali metal or a C.sub.1 to C.sub.3 alkyl group, and n is an integer of 1 to 3.According to the present method, proliferation of animal cells can be enhanced with good reproducibility.

Abstract: Disclosed is a process for the recovery of aromatic carboxylic acid or ester thereof from the residue fraction of the oxidation or esterification reaction mixture resulting from the oxidation or oxidation and esterification of an aromatic compound having at least one methyl or formyl group directly bonded to a ring carbon atom. The process comprises treating the residue fraction with hydrogen and a hydrogenation catalyst.
