  • Publication number: 20240068929
Abstract: The weather resistance testing apparatus includes a pressurizable container, a sample holder, and a light irradiation device having a light source. The pressurizable container has a quartz glass plate that can transmit light. The sample holder is disposed in the pressurizable container and can hold a sample. In this weather resistance testing apparatus, the light irradiation device is disposed outside the pressurizable container and irradiates the sample with light from the light source via the quartz glass plate.

  • Patent number: 11684985
Abstract: A suspending member, such as a tether strap or the like, may by connected to improve convenience for an operator. The function of the suspending member shall be reliably performed by clearly notifying the user when the connecting part for connecting the suspending member is damaged. A ring-shaped notification member is incorporated in a connecting part for connecting the suspending member. The suspending member is inserted into both of a connecting hole in a connecting part and a notification member so as to be connected. When an end of a handle portion breaks due to long-term use, the notification member is pulled out such that the damage of the connecting part is notified.

  • Publication number: 20220033957
Abstract: An antimicrobial sheet (1) includes 100-200 mg/m2 of copper particles (3) adhered to a surface of a resin (polymer) film (2). The antimicrobial sheet has a total light transmittance at wavelengths of 380-780 nm of 20% or more. The copper particles have an average circle-equivalent diameter in the range of 10-30 nm. The antimicrobial sheet can be prepared by performing vacuum deposition to form the copper particles on the resin film under the condition that the pressure is controlled to within the range of 1×10?4-1×10?2 Pa during the vacuum deposition.

  • Publication number: 20210362252
Abstract: A portable circular saw for cutting metal, a dust collection efficiency of cutting dust blown up from a cutting position into a cutting dust collection box is improved. A distance between in inner wall surface of a fixing cover and a tooth tip of a circular saw blade is set to longer than a distance between the tooth tip and a tooth bottom and also longer than twice as long as the distance. Furthermore, a distance between a front end of a window in a base and the tooth tip of the circular saw blade is set longer than the distance between the tooth tip and a tooth bottom and shorter than twice the distance.

  • Patent number: 10722960
Abstract: A dust collection nozzle extends from the front of a fixing cover parallel to a base below an upper end of an electric motor. Heavy and large cutting dust can be immediately collected from an area relatively close to a cutting position of a portable cutting device cutting a workpiece immediately after dust is generated due to the cutting, which can in turn improve dust collection efficiency of a dust collection device to which the dust collection nozzle is attached.

  • Patent number: 10131450
Abstract: A machining device may include an electric motor, a blade rotatably driven by the electric motor for machining a workpiece, and a blade cover configured to surround the blade. A resonance sound reduction device may be disposed at the blade cover and may reduce air vibration generated by the rotation of the blade.

  • Publication number: 20180236574
Abstract: A dust collection nozzle 60 extends from the front of a fixing cover 14 parallel to a base 2 below an upper end of an electric motor 25. Heavy and large cutting dust can be immediately collected from an area relatively close to a cutting position C of a portable cutting device 1 cutting a workpiece W immediately after dust is generated due to the cutting, which can in turn improve dust collection efficiency of a dust collection device to which the dust collection nozzle 60 is attached.

  • Patent number: 9598762
Abstract: In a DLC film-formed material, an intermediate layer is disposed between a substrate and a DLC film. The intermediate layer is a composite layer containing a component metal atom derived from the substrate and a diamond-like carbon. For example, such intermediate layer can be formed by applying a negative bias to the substrate while reducing the absolute value of the negative bias with time, in a plasma layer formation process. A carbon target or a hydrocarbon gas can be used as a carbon source.

  • Patent number: 6701682
Abstract: A workspace system includes a working region and a plurality of work surfaces or desktops placed in the working region. The working region provides a first environment suitable for a right hemisphere-dominant job, a second environment suitable for a left hemisphere-dominant job, a third environment different from the first and the second environments, and a seating area in which a job performer takes a seat. Accordingly, the desktops may include a first desktop for the first environment, a second desktop for the second environment, and a third desktop for the third environment. The three working environments are arranged about the seating area. The first, the second and the third desktops are different in e.g. feel, material, shape and color from each other.
