The computing unit outputs a component of the pushing force in a direction perpendicular to the working plane.

    Abstract: A protecting cover B is provided for a miniature terminal, the upper face having a lance 41 formed by shearing. This lance 41 has a pair of protecting members 42 located in the posterior side thereof, the posterior edges of the protecting members 42 being cut so as to form diagonal edges with respect to the direction of extension of the lance 41. In this way, a portion of the bending space formed under the lance 41 is surrounded by the protecting member 42, thereby preventing entry of foreign matter. As a result, bending and entanglement can be prevented. The cover may have a protruding wall 43 to provide additional protection against external forces.

Thus extended formed groove is also opened at the front side for receiving the joint terminal therein.     Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes the steps of forming a wiring layer on the surface of a semiconductor substrate, depositing a silicone film on the whole surface of the semiconductor substrate including the wiring layer by a CVD method and exposing the silicone film to oxidative plasma with enhanced frequencies including components of 1 MHz or less to change to a silicon oxide film, the depositing step and exposing step being alternately repeated in the same apparatus till the silicon oxide film having any desired thickness is obtained. The resulting silicon oxide film has the smooth surface and the high density.

C. under 100% stretching (100% modulus) is 10 to 100 Kg/cm.sup.2, the elongation at break under stretching is at least 100% and the permanent strain under 100% stretching is less than 50% and up to 50% by weight of a thermoplastic plastomer, and stretching the sheet at a temperature lower than the softening temperature of the polyolefin type thermoplastic elastomer. A porous sheet obtained according to this process has a good combination of flexibility, air permeability and water resistance.
