  • Publication number: 20080094039
Abstract: A control apparatus controls power generation of an electric generator and communicates with an external control apparatus. The control apparatus includes a receiver, a controller, an initialization state detector, and a transmitter. The receiver receives a command signal transmitted by the external control apparatus. The controller controls power generation of the electric generator according to the command signal received by the receiver. The initialization state detector detects an initialization state of the control apparatus. The transmitter transmits, when the initialization state of the control apparatus is detected by the initialization state detector, an informing signal to the external control apparatus, thereby informing the external control apparatus that the control apparatus is in the initialization state.

  • Publication number: 20060107851
Abstract: In a thermal head control system for controlling heating energy to a thermal head perforating stencil material unrolled from a stencil material roll, the heating energy to a thermal head is controlled according to the surface condition of the stencil material. The residue of stencil material M in a stencil material roll (21b) is calculated by a residue calculating means (65) and the elapsed time of the stencil material roll from production thereof is obtained on the basis of date data on the date of production of the stencil material roll stored in a storage portion (70) of the stencil material roll (21b). Further, kind data on the kind of the stencil material stored in the storage portion (70) is obtained and the heating energy is obtained on the basis of the residue, the elapsed time and the kind data. On the basis of this heating energy, the heating action of the thermal head (22) is controlled.

  • Publication number: 20060109289
Abstract: In an ink residue calculating method where the ink residue is calculated by obtaining ink discharge discharged from an ink container on the basis of the number of rotations of a drive motor of an ink supply pump which sucks ink from the ink container and discharges the same and cumulatively subtracting the ink discharge discharged from the ink container from the total ink volume accommodated in the ink container, the ink residue is accurately calculated even if the kind of ink changes. The kind data of the ink is obtained by reading out from the storage means (5) of the ink container (4), the ink discharge of the ink supply pump per unit rotation of the drive motor for standard ink is corrected on the basis of the kind of the ink obtained by the ink residue calculating means (22), and the ink residue is calculated by cumulatively subtracting the value obtained by multiplying the corrected ink discharge by the working time from the total ink volume accommodated in the ink container (4).

  • Publication number: 20060102024
Abstract: In a stencil material conveyor system for conveying stencil material unrolled from a stencil material roll, the stretch or the shrinkage of the image on the conveyed stencil material is avoided. The residue of stencil material roll in a stencil material roll (21b) is calculated by a residue calculating means (b 65), by cumulatively subtracting a length of the stencil made from the total length of the stencil material roll stored in a storage means (70) of the stencil material roll (21b). The write pulse motor is rotated at a higher speed as the residue is reduced, thereby controlling the rotational speed of the platen roller (23) to compensate for reduction of the conveying distance due to slip of the platen roller (23) by the back tension applied to the stencil material and to convey the stencil material at a constant conveying speed.

  • Patent number: 6390428
Abstract: There is provided a tube core for a stencil sheet roll, and holders fitted to the tube core, which are simple in construction and low in cost, and capable of preventing the roll from being erroneously mounted in an irrelevant machine without fail. The tube core for the stencil sheet roll (R) has two ends in which the holders (H, H″) are installed. The holders have a guide plate (21) and a projection (22, 23) projecting therefrom. The tube core has openings (14, 16) at,the ends into which the projections (22, 23) are inserted. The openings are different in inner dimension from each other such that the projections different in dimension from each other are fitted therein respectively.
