Thus, a flexible printed circuit can be obtained that has an insulating base material which suppresses decrease in withstand voltage performance even in a high humidity environment.

    Abstract: An apparatus for determining a failure in a thermostat for controlling the flow of a coolant into a radiator in response to an actual water temperature of the coolant for an engine in a vehicle includes: a water temperature detector that detects the actual water temperature; a water temperature estimator that calculates an estimated water temperature of the coolant; and a failure determining unit that compares the actual water temperature detected by the water temperature detector with the estimated water temperature calculated by the water temperature estimator under cold start of the engine and determines whether the thermostat is valve-open failure. In an engine nonoperating mode including at least automatic stop of the engine, the water temperature estimator applies a behavior of the actual water temperature to an estimated water temperature calculated immediately before automatic stop of the engine to calculate an estimated water temperature in the engine nonoperating mode.

[Solution] Infection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae can be rapidly and specifically diagnosed by producing an antibody specifically reactive to P30 protein of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and performing an immunological assay using the P30 protein as a detection marker.     Abstract: Isolators are disposed such that DC magnetic fields of permanent magnets intensity with each other, and thus, the input impedance of non-reciprocal circuits 3a and 3b (regulating means 3) is reduced. Accordingly, the impedance conversion ratio between the output impedance of amplifying means 2 and the input impedance of the regulating means 3 is reduced to be relatively small. Thus, by simplifying the configuration of matching means 4 disposed between the amplifying means 2 and the regulating means 3, the insertion loss of the matching means 4 can be reduced, thereby enhancing the efficiency of a circuit module 1. Additionally, it is possible to dispose the non-reciprocal circuits 3a and 3b close to each other so that the DC magnetic fields of the permanent magnets can intensity with each other, thereby increasing the design flexibility of the circuit module 1 and accordingly reducing the size of the circuit module 1.
