Abstract: The present invention provides a producing method of a part with adhesive and a part with adhesive produced by the method. The producing method includes: a printing process of applying, by printing, the adhesive 20 which does not express adherence property on at least a portion of a surface forming the part from the base material 1; an ultraviolet irradiation process of irradiating, the base material 1 with ultraviolet 2 to make the adhesive 20 express adherence property; an release paper pasting process of pasting release paper on the base material 1; and an outward form pressing process of punching an outer form of the part. The adhesive is previously adhered to the part before it is punched out from the base material 1, and thus, the adhesive can be adhered to the plurality of parts by one positioning operation, and the productivity can be enhanced.

Abstract: In a program broadcasting system for multiplexing and broadcasting TV-program data and program guide information, the constitution comprises a program frame creating unit 32 for creating a program frame of program guide information from program element transmitting schedule of program elements for composing a program, and a frame creating rule storage unit 34 for storing the rule for creating the program frame of program guide information, in which the program frame creating unit creates automatically the program frame according to the rule stored in the frame creating rule storage unit. It hence can automatically create the program frame which is most important for creating program guide information.

Abstract: An information method and system enables information, from a set of original information which is updated at regular or irregular intervals, to be provided to each information receiving apparatus of respective users via a data transmission path which can be selected in accordance with the type of data to be transferred, stated preferences of the user with regard to providing of data, current operating status of a data communication network, etc. A set of framework data are selected as data which are rarely updated, by monitoring original information that is to be provided, over a suitably long period, and are stored at the information providing apparatus and each information receiving apparatus.
